    Anyone want to talk me out of my POD trades?

    Gallen --> Taupau
    Teddy --> Nofo

    Or go with it?

    Nofo has scored 9 tries in the last 9  games. Do you think that will continue?

    You are a harsh marker Chewie. Of all those players, only Munster averages above 50, yet you expect all of them to be able to reach that mark.

    Hmmm scratch you are making a well thought out observation (as usual)

    Maybe I should bring it down to 45? Neutral

    45 is much better, although 50 is a nice target, and some of those players certainly capable of hitting that for a 3 week period.

    The 23 and 29 by BMoz and Roberts certainly below expectations though.

    Who's going with cleary again after last weeks 32 (14 points from conversions as well)? I'm leaning towards him over sj because of the easier competition but that doesn't mean much after his poor work against the knights. It's a tough call because they both scored below their standard last week

    Yeah true, but his score of 85 wasn't solely from 2 tries.

    Going with my gut.

    I think he'll do well but you did ask for someone to talk you out of it....
    While I'm at it do the rumours of Taupau going back to lock worry you at all given his big scores have come playing on the edge? :pp:

    Nofo has been a TB king recently.

    Its not the first time he's had such a streak though. 2 or 3 years ago he burst into the fantasy relevance scene with a string of similarly big performances, so its certainly possible that he can maintain this for the next 3 weeks. Maybe not scores of 80+, but I would not be surprised at an average of 50 or close to it

    That was hilarious! Been a few times posters have said players were on 'fluke' runs only for them to continue and morph into fantasy studs

    I'll never have a go at someone for having an opinion but I'm pretty sure he called those of us that traded him in a bunch of idiots or something to that effect so it's really stuck in my mind and still gives me a giggle.

    If it is an easy game halfbacks are not important as it is easy enough for everyone else to simply run through the line. Harder matches rely on SJ and Cleary to dictate play and therefore score higher. I guess that is why Cleary scored so low last week...
    Or i could be completely wrong pirat

    Gee its quiet in here of late, me included I guess but at least I still lurk around and read all the posts. I made a trophy for the Eliminator winner, I wonder if the winner will be an active poster or not.

    For the third week in a row I'm facing Whitelightning in a H2H league. We're 1-1 so this is the decider. Good little unexpected dual.

    This trophy is way out of my reach...

    I was knocked out in the 1st round

    I'm expecting the wooden spoon to come my way

    Thanks mate and yeah, I'll keep posting once I win. No need for concern.

    Edit: Is it too early to add it in as my avatar Cool ? Actually scratch that, this ones lucky, think it started our winning streak.

    PS: I'm probably going to get lapped now that I've gone a little further with the smack talk.
