30 second picks is crazy.

My private draft we tried 1 minute once and found it all a bit rushed. 2 minutes works well. Still get a draft done in 2-3 hours.

Its hard to do that when people are across multiple timezones, and a few people draft at work.

Its easy to pop into a draft window regularly to check progress whilst working, but you can't dedicate a couple hours to it.

Having a draft take place over a couple of days is fine - but it still needs to actually progress. You guys have been going over a day and made 7 (?) actual picks plus one autopick.
If you are timing out on a 12 hour draft something is going wrong.

I dont mind the slow draft, gives me something to do in the slow build up to the season.

Much prefer a slow Draft, not sure I'd want the most important part of the comp over in an hour, or a day. A week is a decent time frame I reckon personally.

There is no way we are finished within a week. Will be lucky if we reach the 4th round of picks before tomorrow.

Having 2 picks at once makes me think less about what position I need to pick.

I am in the draft room. Seems to be working okay for me? I can see the count down timer working anyway.

Where are you guys up to in L1, is it still 2nd round? L2 is making its way through Rd 16 so we might be able to have a full draft up for discussion soon. Does anyone want us to do that in a different thread or not do it at all to avoid influencing other drafts?

If we can get @Spectre and @B/L on we can smash through a round if everyone else stays on.
