Surgess was still available, didn't want to go all in completely on the risk and I still maintain it would have had a different effect had people drafted like L1.Beast From The Big East wrote:
While I get what you were trying to do and do think it's a valid and successful strategy in drafts I think you are coping the bulk of the flack for it is because it was just too early. Maybe if you had've then doubled down even with Teddy or Hayne you might have got some to bite and trigger a little run but it would still have been a few rounds later than you would've preferred

Probably shouldn't have shared strategy in that case

IMO I don't think that would be a problem if I were to partake in L3. All we really discussed was the strength's of halves plus everyone knows Tedesco is the #1 WFB.
I still think we should try and find a new member before anyone doubles up.

like i said mate i don't mind doing the draft and letting someone run the team...gives more time to find a poster to take over.

You just want to partake in a draft where you can actually select Frizell
Don't want to keep bringing this up mateArcher wrote:Are you suggesting we set it up as a punishment for someone Welshy? Like, if you lose a forum bet you have to run a team which Welshy drafted? Bit harsh..

if you look at it though L2 actually was the one which did create some runs, 2 distinct runs of people nabbing the top quality halves. You just needed to do it a bit later where people would then want to grab the next best soon after, not when people would want to grab Hayne over someone like Merrin/Mannering/Gal
rhinoceroo wrote:Amazing that we're in the 19th round in L2 and Australia's international fullback hasn't gone, and probably won't go.
If you say so, probably is green glasses that's making me see the amount of weeks Inglis misses throughout the season and Teddy scoring 2/3rds the points of Rapana last season...rhinoceroo wrote:
Also Teddy, Hayne, RTS and Inglis are always going to be picked before Rapana by normal people. You could have waited to try to create the run after someone had at least picked Teddy, but green glasses in full effect.
