More likely to get some game time. Will at the very least play.

Thanks for responding. Crichton is a possibility but I have a vendetta against him ever since he was named to start in final team lists but still somehow turned up on the bench. Screwed me in Drafts Stars that week

I am thinking of grabbing Joel Edwards, because if Chris Lawrence is a late withdrawal again then he'll get some good game time. None of the others are likely to do anything exciting, even if they play.

Was thinking the same with Edward, or if Claw collapses in a heap at the 20 minute mark because he shouldn't have been playing in the 1st place.

Rookie Of The Year will be a hotly contested category.  I like the idea of A Quiet Achiever award.

For rookie of the year, someone will have to clarify who is actually a rookie and who is old sportal people under new names, as sometimes I am a bigger old fart than mr ASIO and get things confused.

Does deleting your account qualify you for a dummy spit award?
Anyways how do you want to do this, seperate thread to get nominees then run a bunch of polls?

I was thinking a bunch of polls in a subforum and then people can message me their votes and I'll tally them up.

Is there much need when I will take out most of the awards minus the softcock and dummy spit?  Surprised

Can I suggest a few others I enjoy whenever The GH has its awards, which can be accepted or rejected as categories for here.

    - Forum Rivalry (can be two posters or just be one poster and their hate/obsession with something)
    - Forum Villain (Villains make the good movies great)

    - Quality over Quantity/Einstein or alternatively a "best regular contributions" or something - Basically the thinking I have here is that it's good to recognise the consistent effort people put in like the Elim, setting up the leagues at the start of the year, BE's, a week to week break down of their strategy etc etc. Then there are the posters who will always offer advice or suggestions when people post up their questions. Its also nice to recognise whilst some people don't post here often they still contribute a lot when they do. Only having the MVP award makes that a little tricky.

I think we thinned out the forum villain numbers when Henchy got permabanned.  TBO has been "more settled" this year after his inauspiscious 2015  lol!

When I first read this I thought you may be referring to SI's new piece of ass. Least there wouldn't be any arguments over leaving the toilet seat up.
