Papa last year struggled a little at the start, was shifted around and hit form at the end. Papa this year was probably one of the most consistent and best in a team that came within a ball hair of the premiership. He carried that through in Origin and was one of the best in that QLD team. I think he won the fans choice award on the GH and the Meninga Medal from the club(joint winner with Hodgo).

Maybe he gets left till later in the order (People tend to pick the spine first... except for you I've noticed), but Papa 2016 should definitely be valued higher than Papa 2015. Much much higher.
