Any love for Daniel Alvaro out there, wanted to pick him up last year but missed him - havent any facts or figures but from what I saw of him he looked ok.

I can't help but feel King is the biggest trap. He's likely to break if a stiff breeze rolls in. Regardless to whether BA wants a 80 minute hooker it certainly won't be King after a couple rounds.

He might not even make the 17 with Matagi, N. Brown & Vave being brought in. I think he's a great player & can bust out great fantasy scores with limited minutes. You have Mannah, Matagi, N. Brown, Vave, Alvaro all competing. Based on pre season reports Mannah, Matagi & N. Brown seem certain to be in the 17 so I suppose he's competing with Vave for the last frf spot if they are going to run a 4 prop rotation.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 2
Thanks for the feedback on Matagi
I'm trying to avoid players who just end up sitting on the pine not making any money ... Like JFH and LAM in my initial team last year.
It's good to use this forum as a knowledge base, get some perspective, because my knowledge of players is pretty limited.

I think I have to agree. I put my "King" team up for fun but I'll watch and see what happens. I have a Segeyaro team, and am currently working on a Farah team. When I get it how I like it I've started saving the screen shots.

The other problem with King is not just injury risk, it's position risk. His form (or someone else's) may see him dropped for round two, even if named for round 1.

Has there been any word on how many weeks Pauli Pauli will miss because of that car accident. If its similar to Chris Lawrence's dislocated hip in 2011 then it will likely be around 3 months? Anybody know?

It seems I didn't refresh the screen and it was still showing 7k left in the bank.

How many minutes do we think Koroisau will get with Hastings on the bench.
