who are 2-3 picks you've penciled in that you're really excited about?

my main one's brycey cartwright - will be my no.1 captain choice

tommy turbo and ferguson are my other two. really thinking tommy will step up if he locks up the no.1 role. ferguson if he plays centre all year will be amazing also.

so keen to watch these guys play!

Just keen to hear your reasoning with Ferguson? He played centre most of the year last year and didn't exactly set the world on fire

I'm pretty negative with TTurbo. Cartwright definitely! I had him and Wade Graham at the back end of 2015 when they were killing it and POD's but didn't have either last year. Will be good to see RTS back and will be VERY iterested to see what is happening with Kasiano's minutes with his new frame.

From a non-fantasy pov very interested in what Liddle can do for the Tigers.

Interested in seeing how Coen Hess, Joseph Tapine and Zane Musgrove go also Angus Crichton if they are given a go which I am sure they will be at some stage.

mate I don't have the stats for this atm. but I do remember last preseason he trained as a fb. then he got shifted to the wing when latrell played fb at times. skd and copley were the centres for most of the season I believe and even matterson at times.
me and a couple of mates have a theory that fergo at fb or wing is inconsistent at best but is amazing at ctr (again not stats based - but do you rmb a gun period he had at the raiders...one game v the storm sticks out from memory, and also when he first moved to the roosters at ctr also in 2014)

very memory/feelings based v stats and depends on him actually remaining at centre. but just one of those picks i'm happy to make as a semi-pod/gut feel pick!

do you have one of those this year?

agreed on cleary. one view is be wary of 2nd year syndrome. but I reckon he'll come out all guns blazing esp with their relatively soft draw early on (knights, dragons etc)

norman - i'd love to pick him due to their awesome draw but am wary. why do you think he'll improve on last year?

tbh i'd pick any 80 min hooker as I won't be picking Smith.
