Is Wade Graham undervalued as his stats in every area were down on previous years?

I think Talakai gets first dibs, but there are enormous wraps on Braiden Burns. I think Talakai could end up centre and Burns on the wing. Ultimately I'd like to see 1. Inglis 2. Johnson 3. Hunt (not being talked about much, but solid scorer) 4. Burns 5. Gray. Having said that, I'm waiting until TLT. I haven't got a clue Beer

At the moment practically my entire team bar Gurgess bros have first round bye. Should I be concerned. Why is it all the players I want come from teams with first round bye?

I can't imagine this causing any issues at all when people start seeing that almost every player is offside almost every play

haha, oh man, thats gonna cause some whinging.

might force the refs into being more vigilant on enforcing it, but damn its gonna cause dramas.

Yeah, more penalties and slowing the game down more is all we need.

Not sure what the thought process is. The refs don't benefit from it. It's just going to give home viewers another reason to hate them.

Hopefully the pre-season refs talk (they let all the teams know what they'll be focusing on before the season starts and how they'll be reffing) invovles the 10m offside.

If the first round, teams are penalised for being off-side a number of times, they will change their tactics so to not give away penalties all the time. The idea of the 10m is to have a reasonably fast game. If it's enforced and teams dont want to get penalised then it should in turn speed the game up a bit more which is what we want.

I think the virtual 10m line will be a great thing but not necessarily straight away.

Theory is that if the refs know they'll be under scrutiny for it, they'll more likely enforce it.

Problem before 2016 was Wade was relied on for a lot of the sharks attacking prior to Maloney/Townsend/Barba. So at a guess his stats were probably inflated due to having his hands on the ball a lot more.
I think he was also playing through a niggly injury too last year so make of that what you want, probably slightly undervalued but there are probably better options

Yep. And what most don't realise is the broadcast you watch has the ref mics off unless they are talking to a player or reffering something to the bunker. There is plenty of chat between the bunker and refs on who's going early or outside backs who are standing offside. The ref then warns the player on the run. Now the armchair critics are going to be losing their mind over nothing.

Or it's just another example of the media controlling what the refs focus on by creating fake news.
