I would prefer maybe 4 or 5 hour picks from 7am to 11pm or something like that. If it is only 3 hours during the day could get stuck in a meeting or a class and not have time to chekc in. After 5 or 6pm happy to go 3 hours

I need to write my team down I have no idea what it looks like on paper now
