We've had 10 players signed up since the draft finished in L2. Only one through the restricted player pool - most of them have just been free agent moves (thus my previous comments about the restricted waiver list not mattering much)

The correct RFA order comes into play after the first round when the inevitable injury happens to a gun and the mad scramble for their replacement happens
