He had a run of 3 x 60+ performances when getting 60+ minutes. As long as he isn't playing from Hooker he tends to score incredibly well and tackle everything. Reports also stating he has been allowed to use his attacking skill more so we are likely to see LBA, and Offloads more from him. He could definitely jump 10 points to hit that 50 point average if not more. The only risk is him potentially playing HOK.

    HOK: Common picks.

FRF: Sipley isn't named to start. Isn't that a problem? Leota had 4 hit outs last season averaging 16 minutes and 14 points. At the moment I don't think he will be getting more than 20 minutes with Latu, Browne, RCG and Tamou most likely a head of him for minutes. If there was another injury he would make money.

2RF: Seems really light and I don't like the risk of Moeroa, but hey if it pays off good for ya. I like Capewell but he wont get a run at the moment until Origin time you have to think. So perhaps look at another rookie. Stone/Yates combos seem common as they have the potential to offset the other if one doesn't pay off.

    HLF: Strong pairing.

CTR: Strong with Turbo and the rest are servicable.

WFB: Why grab Gutho? I can see you wanting to replace Holmes and the risk associated with Holmes. I just think you could offset that in a different way and spend the cash elsewhere.

Overall: Need to rejig/rethink your cashcows. I don't like the Gutho pick even as a Holmes replacement for the short term as I think Norman will hurt his scoring. The cash could be spread elsewhere. However the overall squad is decent. It looks quite different to a lot of the teams around here as well so that is a plus.

How many minutes for Bateman. I'm considering him over Sironen. Thanks.

Make sure you are wearing some protective gear because this team is going to explode!!

    Smith
    J Brom, McGuire
    JDB, Mannering, K Brom
    DCE, Elgey
    Sione, Idris
    RTS, Hayne, Tedesco

Reserves: Brailey, Wallace, F Kaufusi, Kelly (Brian)

NPR: Papalii, Yates, Stimson, Hingano, Field, Cotric Ponga, Phython.

Weakest spot is the halves, however I do have Tedesco. I can swap Elgey for a gun half but that means downgrading Tedesco.

I love the Sip - Manatarms 2 for 1 ! But seriously, it's often in my head to pick a couple of NPR scrap heap types who i think will come into play later in the year, huge gamble i know.
As u said, it is really the injury prediction with Leota, and capewell very similar. May rejig.
I feel Guth will have a bonza year regardless of Norman, as he is a game changer/unpredictable type. But ur right, if i let it go the cash spruces up elsewhere big time. 2RF as above hey

Taylor’s Raiders contract has been registered with the NRL, but he faces a two-match suspension after pleading guilty to cocaine possession late last year.

He could see close to 80 minutes I think. The only problem is he will be benched when Croker returns and subsequently could suffer when Taylor returns now that news is out.

Guys I like more than Wallace at that price... Sironen, Musgrove (Though you would want to be certain he maintains his spot. Which I doubt you can be so probably not him.), Frank Winterstein. (I am a fan of his potential but again a risk as well.

Can't grab $20k for Kenny Bromwich?

Holmes or Tonumaipea? There's a chance Slater doesn't come back and everyone is just assuming Munster goes back to FB and Croft to 5/8 but if YT and Munster start strongly then he keeps Croft out of the side and keeps the 1.
