Solid team and definitely a great starting point for the newbies around.

    G. Burgess could be out only because of the birth of his child. That could push Musgrove to the bench and could end up becoming a bit of a dud. So that is worth keeping in mind. He could end up also being a late inclusion. I think both him and Matagi are risky options to start with. Who is your back up Captain if JDB underperforms.

Also Hampton could hurt and be a sore AE if he only makes 10-15 points a game. If you don't end up doing anything with him.

A lot of the advice is great to see mate, and enjoyed the video and breakdown of each member of your team.

Yeah I enjoyed the video as well. Would also be good to hear why you're not picking some other popular players.

    Great cameo in the background.

Very good points! Oddly enough Burgess is named in the North Bears team at 8!? (Link below - edit I'm not allowed to post links as I'm a new member) This tells me he's probably been dropped and not a child labour issue (or is it??). That's pure speculation though and you've now made me seriously consider giving Musty the boot!

The problem in the halves is there's literally no one under the 200k area. Yea Jai Field..but 17th man? Being a bad AE in the long run is something to consider, but the possible upside plus there's not really any options at hlfs under 200k? :S Conundrum.

My backup captain is Graham (and 3rd Cam Mc). Just solid. Might not get you the 70-80 range but in the first round I believe it's going to be about being consistent to stay in touch with the guys who go big.

I would have loved to have gone into options I didn't pick and why! I was just time conscious. What felt like me talking infront of the camera for 5 mins was actually 27 minutes =/ Had I of spoken about for example not picking Jarrod Wallace as there's minimum upside with him not named at lock, etc it probably could have pushed it to an hour which I don't think many people who have kept watching.

Really appreciate the feedback guys and this is exactly why I'm happy to do the videos showing my team Smile

    Here's my changes since uploading:

HOK: Jayden Brailey to Kaysa Pritchard (Seggy might be coming to push brailey out)

2RF: Sam Stone to Sironen (Siro will start and will definitely excel from his 244k price)

WFB: Uate to Young Tonumaipea (Looking to pick up the fullback spot, I expect him to score higher and thinking Billy may not return)

Thank you, I am glad I am not the only one passing on Wallace because a lack of a major upside.

Couple of quick things to note about your changes are..

Ryley Jacks may be pushed into the starting line up beside Cronk with Munster to FB (Things aren't looking good for Slater) Which means you may want to reverse the Young T trade, and could find yourself with a cheapie HLF option now. (Note: The 19 man squad for the Storm may end up confirming this, and it comes out before the Sharks/Broncos game tonight definitely something to follow.)

The other changes I really like. I don't know if the Segeyaro thing is confirmed but Kaysa looks set for more minutes than Brailey anyway.

I've grabbed Jacks now for Hampton and pulled in Suli (who looks all but confirmed) for Young, further to that switched Brailey with Kaysa. Expect more changes with more news I guess =/ Hopefully Jai either dropped or replaces McCrone and McCrone gets the boot.

Gurgess confirmed to be dropped based on form. Madgies way of lighting a fire under him I expect Musty to stay there for a while.

I will be watching your video regardless however I would personally like to hear your thoughts on Barnett after his round 1 score and potentially trading him in for under performing guns like ET etc

Really enjoyed your first video Very Happy Keep up the great work!

It's not a specific question, but you should give your opinion on why or why not to trade in certain players into your team. Yes, most of us here have a general idea of what we're doing, when we're doing it, and why. But I think you giving tips to first or second year coaches would benefit them greatly. And the first player to discuss should definitely be Burns.

If you want mate, we can rename the thread to a suitable title and just keep it all contained in here. That way when people see the thread or video they can flick through to see the other videos anyway.
