    Not recommending this, but I went Bolton. His 4 starting games last year averaged 41/42 from memory, but priced at 34 due to his bench role. Just something different. I will be wrapped if he averages 40.

    Will you though? 6 points higher than what he is priced at is not really value.

    Most definitely Clacks. 40 points from a bloke who cost me 323k, which in turn allowed me to buy Fifita. The majority of players are priced at their average as you know, that's how it works. I doubt more than 5% of ALL players are underpriced at 6 points or more.

    He may be a dud, and I didn't want anything to do with him till yesterday morning, but I'd be wrapped if he got me 40.

    Any fluff articles going around in the last 48 hours about Moeroa? Would love to feel a little more secure in my choice to trust him again, even if its just a false sense.

    ...hmm just found this. Moving into the middle could be both good (more work) and bad (less minutes).. the plot thickens.

    "I'll start on an edge and as one of the boys come off I'll move towards the middle," Moeroa said.

    "Playing on an edge I'll get to have more of a running game than just defence… hopefully I can bring that [edge running game] back this year."

    I've Moeroa has been training the house down. He's focussed on the season and feels like he is ready to play 80 minutes.
    He can bench press 580kg and is getting record scores on the beep test.
    I ran into his mates's cousin at the pub last night, and he told me that Brad Arthur has guaranteed him at least 40 fantasy points a week. I believe he's been instructed to run sideways palming people off for the first 12 minutes of every game.

    Hope that makes you feel better

    Sorry lads, I have about 100+ pages to catch up on, but can someone tell me what all the increased talk on Segeyaro is based on? Had there been more concrete info on him returning? On that note what was the fantasy verdict on Brailey? I was pretty happy. If he is continues with those sort of minutes one would think 35 is his floor and he could hit 45 or so some weeks with some attacking stats!

    And the other thing that I noticed but didnt quite get is what is the basis for some of the comments suggesting drop Elgey?? Is he in doubt?

    Cheers.

    James Hooper tweeted that a seggy deal was just about done. And some random guy on facebook posted a message indicating the same. Given Seggy has been training with the team for months, you'd assume he'd slot in pretty quick if they can get him registered.

    People are dropping Elgey because last time he played he wasn't that good at fantasy, and only averaged around 30.

    Brailey was a bigger tackle machine than I expected. DIdn't really do much with ball in hand, but he might start adding that stuff in later as he gets used to first grade

    Smith Brailey
    Fifita Faufusi Leota Papalli
    JDB Surgess ET Smat Siro Yates
    Norman Lamb Elgey Jacks
    Walker Idris Kelly Suli

    Thinking:

    Surgess -> KBrom
    Leota-> Musgrove
    Papalli -> Hoare

    Still gunnish enough I think but better depth and money making. Grateful for opinions. And also which two of Faufusi, Elgey, Musgrove to play this week?

    No one? I have to get back to work and won't have time later....
    Also how many minutes is NAS going to get?

    hattrick rabbit's joke just popped into my head for some reason.

    Pity all the old sportal threads are gone. Particularly enjoyed the hattrick's joke and the torrent of abuse that followed.

    Also enjoyed a bit of zapp branigan and someone shoulder charging him in the school bathroom and making him drop his cheesecake. Laughing
