Well all the calculations of my team pre match and working out averages etc, predicted 800 for my team (in my trials and tribulations thread)
Finished on 820 but the points came from different players, so wasn't far off in the end
Need to update it tomorrow as well, made a last minute swap of Jacks in for Field.
Well that was week 1, guessing there will be some big decisions to make next week too

I'm currently ranked 3071 without JDB or Teddy, Elgey/Lamb HLF's and a 36 from Mannering. Like Dave Tyrell in first grade I don't how I got here but oh well I'll take it.

Wins: McInnes, Guth, trading in Hungry Jack's for Elgey last minute, Idris as NPR, trading in Suli for Fogarty as an NPR last minute.
Losses: Dsaifiti, not having Moga, JDB, and Teddy
JDB's monster score is made worse by Smith's low score.
Likely trades... Dsaifiti to Wallace... Idris to Moga
(both cash making trades, their low scores will slow down their potential to make cash... and that is most important early on)

So what do we do with Phythian. With GI gone for season it looks like Phythian to Burns/Gennings might be on. Won't make much money out of it but job security would be decent as long as they didn't suck

787 for me. I have Phythian & Field that need addressing. I feel for the people starting the Python. I might just leave Phythian/Field & be proactive & focus on getting JDB. I only have 2k bank so it's not much scope to replace my cows anyway.

Tbh 42 from sironen wont prompt anyone to trade him in, which is good, because his scores should improve when manly have more ball.
Moeroa disappointing with only 35. Did play 80 minutes though, so hopefully more ball comes his way..

I am looking at one of these guys for my trade too. I don't have Suli, but I got to trade JBrom out as well, and I can either go someone like McGuire or upgrade to JDB. If I go JDB I won't have enough for Suli.
Thinking for overall points JDB, and as I am ranked 9k I wont be able to let myself fall too far behind

806 for me. Not too bad - just went the wrong way on a few borderline selections....having Brailey and Moga as NPRs...and playing Idris, Lamb and Elgey in my 17. JWH was a bit ordinary. Probably 1 trade for me - python to Idris' replacement most likely...
