Still amazes me what they don't count as errors. So knock ons and forward passes are pretty much it. They don't count stuff like TTurbo stepping on the dead ball line or someone going into touch. From memory they don't even count kicking long from the kick off?

Mannering might be a good pick up in two weeks assuming he isn't badly injured.
As unfortunate as phythians injury is, you gotta love the Feeney irony. Hope the kids bounces back better than teddy!

Deserved upgrade for Lamb. Bar the sub stand 720 il score this week Only real worry is shifting Phythian and which of DSaifiti or JWH to up/downgrade to Wallace/AFB. Guys like Yates surprised and even Perrett was going well until he had an early 15 minute rest after his injury. May be worth holding Phythian until someone juicy comes along later in season

Mannering will lose about 15k on the week and when he comes back will probably have a BE of about 70, which he could easily hit given a full game. So not a massive discount in the way JBrom will be.

I'm sure there are a lot of Hamiltons, but this place is much worse than the only Hamilton I've ever been to.

thompson proctor whitehead in the same boat, but i would put them one rung down from manners.
also greenwood is one to watch who only scored 15.
my biggest problem is i have 6 second rowers playing so i cant grab any of them right now...

Dufty worth the wait perhaps.
Saifiti looks like getting downgraded, AFB is interesting me over Wallace.
Not sure how to use the money just yet.

Yates came on for Barnett who is an 80-minute guy so his minutes were inflated. Looked good though.

I think he came on for python who moved pmats to fb which moved smats to ctr. But it got confusing cos it looked like yates was playing lock for sure. And Barnett was on the edge when he came back.superbucks wrote:Yates came on for Barnett who is an 80-minute guy so his minutes were inflated. Looked good though.
Either way he looked good and impressed with his opportunity. Hoping gets more minutes, but not at smats expense in the ctrs.

Yep I think that was the second time (second half), so I'm not sure how Brown actually wanted to play him in terms of tog.
It was also confusing that Yates and Barnett has similar hair. I know the commentators got it mixed up a bit.
Agree he showed good signs. Enough at least that he deserves to be given a crack.

Whoa where they did find the 15 points for Lamb? I mean a missed try assist is 5 extra but the other 10? I'll take it.
In the Sezer vs Lamb debate I just told myself you know what Sezer's goal-kicking makes him seem like a logically better option but I've had Lamb pencilled in for a while and he ain't moving. Too sweet

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
So with updates I've moved up to 2112 in the Round 1 rankings. That just doesn't feel right as a non JDB/Teddy owner plus having one of my big guns in Mannering register a disappointing score.
I mean like there's like what 5k owners of JDB and I'm ahead of presumably a fair few of them. If I'm doing this good without them, makes me wonder just how poorly other peoples teams performed.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 13
JBG, doing far better than me mate. I'm ranked 7891 with a score of 770 and I'm a JDB owner. Thing is, 5-10 points here or there and you make up his difference and then some.
I'd say the majority of my POD's were at their floor (Guys like Austin playing in a team that only had a third of the possession) so I'm not too upset with where I'm positioned and I'll hopefully have Holmes this week.
