Saifiti was my biggest disappointment and needs to go if that as good as he can muster.
Other than that, my last minute decision to have Mannering instead of Cody Walker turned out in hindsight to be a bad choice, especially as it meant I played Phythian in my 17. Too many bottom dollar backs and not enough forwards scared me into that one.

Sad to hear Phythian's injury is ACL. How devastating for him. He wasn't scoring well in fantasy but he was showing some great potential.

I actually thought Sironen looked pretty good today. I think with more ball he could put up some nice scores. The offloads at the end helped, but but him and Frankenstein were decent. AFB should start and Myles needs to go.

The official NRL app in the stats section always updates before the fantasy app.

I really thought Frankenstein would score at least 40 odd.

From memory it is the NRL Official App. Click on a game and scroll along from match summary. It is FPT stat.

If you have bought him at that price then you have him thinking he will be a season keeper. His price is irrelevant to you if this is the case. You already knew he could score 20s and 30s in with the 50s and 60s. Especially in a game where Manly barely reached the 20m line to put on attacking plays. I think it is safe to say he will bounce back. The only grief is that people will end up picking up your gun for cheaper. It smarts, but it is no reason to trade.

Refreshing to hear some sensible wisdom from time to time on here. Spot on PM.

Luke had an intercostal muscle (?) problem in his ribs. Just after he kicked a conversion he went down just on HT Smile

Mannering and Phythlan are both injury concerns from that game. The latter look like he could be gone for a while... and Mannering also didn't come back on.

Can we all just spare a thought for poor Dylan Pythian. Young bloke with promise, works his ass off all pre-season, doing extras, sand hill sprints by himself, readying himself for first grade. Gets the nod at fullback - a massive chance to impress rival clubs (given Ponga is coming to play in the 1 spot next year) and earn himself a long term NRL career.

Now he has to start all over again, and you have to think it won't be at Newcastle. Sad for the kid. Absolutely shattering. I hope he comes back bigger and stronger and becomes a regular first grader in future.

Yep unfortunate but the poor kid only need look at the career of James Tedesco to know what the bounce back can look like after this exact same scenario

It's such a cruel game at times, hope he bounces back in the future

So does trading open up tomorrow or do we still have to wait until Tuesday? I'm working in the world's most boring town tomorrow so making trades and then cancelling them over and over would be a good way to spend my lunch hour.
