I can't believe that you're not allowed to have dinner with bikies but it's ok to force and pay someone to have an abortion

[quote="wolfking"]Looks like no action will be taken against Cartwright. Gus saying it has affected his well being greatly. That's all well and good but is that going to affect his fantasy scores for me on the weekend??[/quote
Nothing annoys me more than when you pick a player & then news comes out after lockout that they have issues but it's too late by then.
Last year I traded in Hopoate & then 2 days later & after lockout he announced he wasn't going to play on Sundays the mug.

I'm tempted to trade out Cartwright just because he is obviously a fuckwit.

The problem is how many games does Edwards realistically get before DWZ comes back from injury.

Not enough to warrant a trade for me. I'd go Burns because his job security would be better.

Hoping Surgess drops a bit more in price before Reynolds comes back. Will definitely look at trading him in when he bottoms out.
Won't be a good scorer until Farah is gone. Like I said preseason Farah killed the Tigers forwards in attack and is doing the same at Souths. Surgess had 103 run metres this week down from 153 average last year. Same thing happened with Woods in games with Farah vs without

Woods still scored like shit last week. Maybe because he was sharing the field with Robbie

Sure but it wasn't cause of his run metres. He had 184 run metres(averaged 167 without Farah last year and 145 with Farah)
His score was low this week because he only made 23 tackles with there being 52 points scored in the game and 16 errors meaning constant scrums

Barnett 49 tackles vs JDB 36 flops, interesting stat. Barnett looking good, hopefully his output would maintain even after the reshuffle on the weekend.

From Fox Sports: "The Courier Mail reported Tautau Moga left training early over the weekend due to a heart related issue. Tom Opacic trained at centre in his place. The Broncos however are expected to name Moga."

Just reading unconfirmed Perrett out for a month with fractured eye socket. No AFB or Taupau. Jesus. I have Koro Walker Sironen in my 17. They going to stink up my scoring

Thanks Milchy, I'll check those links after work mate!
I dabble across various Fantasy Groups on Facebook [Fantasy Lounge mainly - small community but tight knit] and Reddit NRL. I'll probably roam around here a lot more seeing how active and Fantasy orientated this forum is. I only heard about this place because someone had commented on my video saying come check out this community and here I am!
Glad to be here! Not sure if you guys do Fantasy pub meets for Fri/Sat night games but I'd be keen (Y)

Hey mate, welcome. Best thing about here is everyone is working to help each other, rather than undermine each other. Plus some serious talented fantasy coaches so helps to push yourself
Where do you usually post ?
Will have to check out your YouTube video, feel free to check out some of the other threads people have done too with special mention to the 'late mail' thread for game day.

Cheers MS that's a very good point. I remember you posting that a while ago but forgot about it. I might actually sell Surgess after hearing that bit of info. I posted before about only having 2k bank. If I downgrade Surgess to Barnett for example that would give me enough cash to go Phythian to Moga assuming he plays after leaving training early.

White Lightning wrote:Talking of trade rage. This year I'm trying to play smart because in prior years I would of done these 2 trades for round 2:
Smith & Surgess out - McInnes & JDB in
Of course I won't ........................................... or will I haha.
But serious throughout the week I will be tracking ownership changes of those 4 players to actually see if fantasy players will do this. About 2-3 hours ago ownership:
Smith = 25,273
McInnes = 1,650
JDB = 8,932
Surgess = 26,739
Does anyone know if ownership changes are live & are updated as they occur or are they updated say daily. Thanks.
All jokes aside, its an option I've considered. Smith to Mcinnes Ma'u to JDB. Holding on to JBrom.
Rationale:
Jbrom was one of the first picked in my side. Will bring him back anyway when affordable. So trading him out is going to cost me minimum 2 trades to have him back.
Mcinnes will make money, Smith will probably hover. This does cost me trades id rather not waste, but Mcinnis will make ground on Smith money wise.
And I love to trade.

In line with that....Who will you never pick on your team just because you really don't like them IRL
For me it's Gallen (does good things off the field but such a moaner on it), Robbie Farah and previously Greg Bird and Ennis fitted that as well...

Smith has a b/e of 81 this week which he'll struggle to meet. McInnes has a b/e of 41 this week which he'll match comfortably. After reading the comment about Surges (b/e 65) from MS I might actually go ahead & do those trades. I'm going to have to ponder this.

JDB.......before seeing him play on Saturday. Always hated the guy but looking at a fantasy point of view he may become a necessary evil.
