So does anyone think that Whitehead will get DPP even if he plays the 4 games or do you think Fanhubs stubbornness will stop them from changing him at all?

Surely if he plays his 4 games they will have no choice.
I think it's because every one knows he obviously isn't a centre and covering for an injury that they didn't give it to him at start of the season.

Think i've ended up just decided to just fix up my two bigger cash-cow mistakes this week, Phythian -> Suli, Field -> Jacks and put Cronk, ET, Turbo and Lawrence on notice for next week, i'll need to find some money for when Mannering and JBrom bottom out.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 14
Pretty simple trades for me this week. Would've been nice to do it in 1, but that's what happens when you only leave 10k spare.
Elgey to Jacks.
Python to Suli.
Coming off a 789, I better not just break the 800 mark this week, but smash it with these chumps:
(C)am, Brailey
James, McGuire, Kaufusi
JDB, Manners, Merrin, Sironen
Maloney, Lamb, Jacks
SMat, Talakai
RTS, Hayne, Suli/Uate
NPR: Leota, Yates, FWinter, Hingano, Idris, Kelly, Cotric, Uate probably.
Targeting Brailey as my first upgrade, and will wait and see on Siro, Maloney and Kaufusi. Teddy will have to wait until after origin.
Deathriding: Elgey after trading him out, Wallace, Matagi, Moga and Burns as players I would've liked to fit in somewhere, but can't.

After reading up on Musgrove from various different
I am now not sure im going to pick him. Might just get Wallace in for Saifiti and wait for a proper cow in the backs.

Think it was on that renegades site, maybe it was like a preseason thing. Just tackles and doesn't really do anything on the attacking end (lbs, tbs, offloads)
Don't mean to put anyone off.

Even with the Twins Musgrove aint going anywhere soon, he is part of Souths top 17 barring injury -been saying it since day one.

I dont mind it, its actually better than it was. Previously we would all over react about a named side which meant nothing because there was no repercussion for a coach changing that later in the week.
At least now we know who is a chance of playing and who isnt.
Tbh I dont think many teams will make changes other than whats been forced by injury or suspension and those replacements were fairly obvious anyway.
Agree with this. Last week we knew Fensom couldn't be include. I imagine it would have been huge to Taumalolo fans. This week he's there.
Half the forum are on Brailey... no Seggy, no Mortimer (depite a huge game in reserves). I think the 21 is significant and very helpful, plus now we have Finchy telling us who the unreliable teams are for first-17s!

Not seeing everyone scrambling to get McInnes. Of the matches I saw he looked a must-have.
Is that because the forum is a mix of already own, or own Brailey (so it's impossible) ?

Yeah I've got Farah too mate.
I don't think Farah to McInnes is sideways is my concern and trade thinking. Robbie has his own upside in attack back on a dry pitch when rabbits start scoring but cook is there and will always a concern as opposed to Field/Mccrone who are just not a factor
Should we give it another week to have a look at your boys?

I am sticking, take McInnes try out of the equation, have other more pressing issues to address at the moment myself GM.

Should of taken my own advice on McInnes but I went with Macca because it allowed me to get Talakai and Moga in, il call that a draw after 1 round with Both Moga and Talakai looking like good cows

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 14
Just got home after a day without access to the site, or any fantasy stuff, absolutely killed me so forgive me if i spew out some crazy.
Anyway, i was doing some thinking in my madness and I was toying with the idea on jumping on someone like JThompson (not necessarily him, but you'll get my point if we use him for an example) for a quick leap frog up to an early gun.
I know the "buy low sell high" and "don't chase last weeks points" motto's and completely agree with them for the most part. But the sooner you get a gun into your team the more value you get out of them for the season. I mean lets say Thompson scores 50 for the next two to three weeks and we get no dud score, could he go up to say 480k- 500k on the back of that 90?
That means if i could free up the cash and turn JHW into Thompson (switch Wallace up to FR) , ride him for those 2 -3 weeks and then sell and change him into McInnes or Jbrom etc etc. Sure, its burning some trades and I realise one bad score and it all turns to the smelly sticky stuff... but its worth thinking about (as i said, you don't have to pick Thomo, i just picked the first in the list).

His try is not a factor for mine. Watching him just looks an 80min beast who will always get 60+
Farah I was happy with but I can't afford to let McInnes get 100s of poInto and 10s of thousands in front. Feels a mistake choice of the 2 at the point as weird as that sounds fresh off a 57

Dont know give the try to Farah and those scores change but I do agree with what you are saying.
