In fantasy, ihs position is as a half.
He can only add one more position when he becomes a DPP.
I think that position will be second-row over centre.
if he keeps playing off the bench he won't get DPP at all

If Talakai gets benched that screw me and will have to play Brian Kelly.

The rumour is that Robert Jennings will come in for Hunt (concussion) or Talakai (defensive concerns)
Nothing concrete either way.
Also possibility of Reynolds and Gurgess being inclusions.
5:30 tonight they drop 2 from their squad which may help clear things up

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 15
So anyone think that Rabbitohs backline will be
1. Walker
2. Johnston
3. Jennings
4. Goodwin
5. Burns
6. Sutton
7. Reynolds/L Kelly
with Rochow/Chricton starting and Talakai, Cook, Clark and Rochow/Chricton on the bench?
Tyrrell and Musgrove starting props.
I actually think Manly can win this and Dylan Walker and Turbo could run amok, well I hope so.
EDIT: I think Madge is finding it very hard to leave Chricton out and this is a way (if he starts) to get him big gametime. He is a gun.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 15
that would be a massive reshuffle if so. it would be 6 changes out of 7 (player or position) to last weeks backline, as well as a new starting 2rf.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 15
So those cash cow centres/wingers/fullbacks were looking good. But talk of Talakai being benched plus Idris already being benched, it looks like the money may dry up fast, Kelly only got 26 with a 15 point play in the first 10 mins, Suli and Cotric both had cramps in their run on debuts and were either subbed or passengers for 15 minutes, Pythian did his ACL.
If I had to I would be starting Cotric against E Lee/Capewell over any of the others.
Happy now I have Dylan Walker, Moga.
Turbo, RTS and one of Hayne/Cotric.

I'll bet anyone that Talakai isn't benched.
That "idea" started on LU souths forum and people on their just starting going with it.

@Welshy - looking like I've won the avatar bet already. Will be worse conditions than last week for the storm, lots of dropped ball and heaps of time wasting scrums.

Whoever replaces Hopa will get a good run as Dogs have Sunday games round 8 and 11 also. Then Origin in round 12 with Brett Morris out most probably

Those who started without Cam Smith are cheering. Seems this is the year to employ that tactic.

wolfking wrote:I need some advice lads. This is my current backline;
Talakai Turbo Kelly Idris
RTS Hayne Cotric Suli Phythian
Looking to trade Phythian to Moga but then that would fuck with it and screw my DPP's. Would have to move Turbo back down and play Moga instead of Suli or Cotric. Then if for some reason Talakai is benched, would have no choice but to play Kelly. So it would look like this;
Talakai Moga Kelly Idris
RTS Turbo Hayne Suli Cotric.
Is it not as big a deal as I'm thinking, or do I miss the Moga train and leave my options open and either get Burns or wait for another cheapie next week. Kind of don't want to miss out on the Moga cash but might be too restrictive and puts me in a bit of a hole. What do you reckon, thanks.
Anyone help with this? The Talakai benching adds to the worry.
