It's never to late to right your wrongs. Thinking of jumping from Idris to Ponga and Siro to Capewell.

Does everyone think Whitehead is a keeper?

I'm tempted to bring Ponga in too, maybe for Hayne even. Ponga could see quite a few more games yet.

I'm looking at Whitehead but I question if he is a keeper too, didn't he have some shitty scores at the back end of last year.

I hate it when you talk up a player so much in pre season (Vaughan) and as the pre season goes on your team develops in a way you just can't fit them in.

Eg Welshy and Whitehead last year.

For those without Vaughan, he is a keeper this year and at $435K is still a good price - will average >48 this year.

Not sure why everyone says he got 40+ mins last year.
He average 40 points in 39 minutes, so getting 47 minutes so far he will average close to 50.

My other gut feel in pre season was Addin Fonua Blake - will get 40 minutes going forward and average 40. Not bad for the price if you need someone in the range.

Whitehead 0.8% ownership. I think that answers my question for me

Regarding Suli - Slater... I see more upside to Slater especially with Munster out... I'm happy to take the 70k Suli made

not sure if its been mentioned here:

"Rabbitohs players George Burgess, Hymel Hunt and Braidon Burns have all taken the early guilty plea for each charge arising from Saturday’s game against the Newcastle Knights." https://www.zerotackle.com/rabbitohs-take-early-pleas-charges-25953/

    gurgess 2weeks
    hunt 4weeks
    burns 1week

2 weeks for an intentional elbow, 4 weeks for an intentional forearm. i woulda gone the other way around, but i'm happy for talakai

With Gurgess throwing that elbow he's looking at 2 weeks out with an early guilty plea so Musgrove will probably be back in the starting 13. Even so with a b/e of 25 he'll still make good money plus he plays round 12.

I'll bring in Whitehead next week, will drop some cash this week

Brailey still has plenty of cash to be made before the upgrade to McInnes

We are assuming, but Talakai should walk straight into that centre position.

Avergaed 49.8 over the last 5 regular season rounds of 2016. Couple of 60's and a 70 thrown in with a 39 and 30.

Nice moves. Capewell is playing well so he should keep his starting spot but he has Feki & Beale to contend with.
