Teddy against Storm, Dragons, Eels, Dogs, Sharks next 5 games. All big defensive forward packs that the Tigers will struggle against. Will still average 40 odd but at least will start coming down in price. Happy not to chase Barnett and Teddy since round 1 so far.

the Tigers are shithouse, and have been for years.

We'll struggle against pretty much everybody. Other than the Knights, is there a single team that you would expect Tedesco to score well against?

But he still manages a 50 point average

I'd bet my avater for a year that Hayne will outscore Moga for the year. You call him underwhelming but your looking at him as a franchise player who's getting payed too much, as far as fantasy goes he's a $200k fullback whos scored 42 points in 110 minutes of football and has huge upside. Even at that average without any improvement that puts Hayne at 32ppg, do you really think Moga is good for that?

I won't bet, because I know Hayne will outscore him also. I think Moga is rubbish and wish I didn't use a trade getting him in. I secretly hope he gets dropped for Mead tonight, which would make the decision easy. I pretty much agree with everything Rippin and Tearin said. I'll burn a trade to get him back if does get back to his best also.

I know Hayne's potential and wished he started the year off well, but going to Ponga can raise money hopefully for a couple of weeks and builds the bank to bring in Whitehead, JBrom, Cam v2 etc. Going Ponga means I can play him over Siro which should be a good thing.

I would never make a trade based on inaccurate info either.

NRL.com doesn't get updated squad lists from coaches, they are just told who is dropping out of the 21. So when Friend dropped out of the 21 they assumed Watson was starting hooker despite the fact Robinson was planning to start Carter. Same thing with Sione. They lost Elliot so shuffled Peter Mata'utia to fullback, Sione to centre and Yates to 2nd row. Notice how Gagan is currently the 17th man? I assume Wardle will come in for him and go to centre with Sione back to 2nd row

Good pick-up. I noticed a few inconsistencies last week when they just promoted the 18th man (such as Leota and a couple others) when players in the 13-17 had dropped out.

Last night with Watson/Carter was a bit odd, and I figured it was just the coach playing tricks.

It does appear as though nrl.com are trying to predict line-up changes though, which is fine, but as R&T said, they need to state it clearer, rather than looking like the official word.

I guess we'll find out tonight with Sione and Yates whether we should pay much attention to their additional written info.

This pisses me off because all it means is that we'll see more of Paul Gallen's face in the media and no one wants that.

    Exactly.

If Paul is prepared to cheat by using banned substances, why is it in any way breaking news that his brother also does?

I expect him to score well against the Warriors, Sea Eagles, Titans etc all teams that have below average forward packs and are suspect defensively in the halves/2RF/centre areas. The other teams most certainly will role through the middle of the Tigers limiting his kick returns, and if the Tigers are always being hammered the ball is in play for less. Also if the Tigers are struggling to have the ball outside of their own 40m before tackle 5 its no wonder the past 2 weeks he has only scored 40 odd points. I suspect that 4 out of the next 5 games will be a similar story for the Tigers, with him possibly doing well against the Dogs due to very different styles of play.

After 6 rounds last year Teddy had an average of 63, then for his remaining 11 games he averaged 44. There is a case to say he will average below 50 this year and closer to 45, mainly because the Tigers suck which limits his opportunity. I could be wrong.

I presume he plays a sport and it'll be a substance which is legal to buy but banned by the sporting body. There's a list about as long as your arm of substances that meet those criteria....

He plays lower grades so it's banned by the code not actually illegal.

On team lists. Any news on how Tigers will run out this week?

The Tuesday team was named before Andrew Webster had his first training session as coach. So I wouldn't be surprised if he actually makes some changes come game day.
But anyone know what they might be?

Jesus H. Christ doesn't McGuire have wraps on himself:

"I'm a super dad. When I get the opportunity to let my missus go out and I've got the kids, I get the house clean, dinner's cooked, kids are in bed early. It blows her away about how good I am at being a dad. I'm the oldest of six boys so I knew I'd be a gun dad."

    I just read that myself and couldn't believe someone would say this. What a complete fucktard. Must be a fuckwith Bronco thing. Boyd ain't much better;

    Darius Boyd (Broncos)

It's probably not a great one to say but I can make fart noises with my hands. I used to do it at school under the desk and annoy the teachers and get all the kids laughing. I still do it occasionally if I go in a lift or we're doing a team photo. It's probably a bit childish but the boys seem to like it.
