    I'm happy with my trade out of Moga to Slater, I know which one I have more faith in playing week in week out. Can see Mead come into the side next week for Roberts, and when Roberts is back I suspect Moga will miss out to Kahu.

    Kelly only averages 20 without tries+line breaks. Worth keeping and hoping for tries?

    If its out of those two, keep Kelly because job security. Talakai has already been dropped once. Im hanging on to Talakai in hopes he has a couple more price rises in him but I can't see him lasting long.

    It was gonna be Kelly for Slater as my second trade.

    Which one to play out of Kelly, Talakai and Idris? I was leaning towards Idris but he plays last so that's probably a bad idea.

    Ponga playing Holden Cup, Coote playing tonight. Feel like a knob bringing in Ponga last week.

    Punt Ponga after bringing him in for 1 week for Bodene, or stick with Talakai to Bodene? Or wondering if I just hold, but Bodene makes my squad a lot stronger and gives me centres of Turbo and SMat.

    He'll more than likely be back. I wouldn't stress too much. At least you know now and it's not like he was named on the wing then swapped out last minute for GMM

    Yeah, probably better pissing off Talakai instead even though he's playing, but still a kick in the nuts. Was thinking of getting this Panthers guy too, but not now, not getting burned twice.

    I would play Idris, he on the right outside Moses and inside Nofo so should go well for a 30+.

    Yeah thanks, I'm sure Idris has a much better scoring potential, I was just (probably unnecessarily) concerned that if he might end up benched again, or if he doesn't end up playing I would cop an AE. Probably worth the risk though as the other 2 are pretty rubbish.

    What if Talakai scores another 42 like he did in round one without a try? Everyone is keen to ditch him after his last round score but defend Suli after a worse score I get confused with that one scratch

    So good to start the round on the front-foot with 71/1 ...on target for a 800+ score this week.

    Looking forward to the Frawley tulipfest next week flower

    I'm going to play Idris over Cotric I think in my starting lineup. Also Jacks over Lamb. Have gone with Bodene for Talakai and still have 53K ITB. I think which now gives me a solid looking team across the park I think;

    Smith Brailey
    Fifita Wallace Musgrove Yates
    Surgess Thompson Hess Siro Kaufusi Winterstein
    Norman Jacks Elgey Lamb
    SMat Idris Suli Kelly
    RTS Turbo Slater Cotric Ponga

    Need 3 out of;

    Brailey, Musgrove, Siro, Lamb, Cotric, Yates, Kelly. (Kafusi locked in and Suli will be a sub in if Idris goes back to the bench for some reason)

    Job security and DPP I think would be the main reason.

    Eh, chalk it upnto a loss. Coote is made of glass and is due for a sfint on the sidelines anyway. Ponga will come back during origin so Im holding on to him.

    This season is really rewarding some long term faith over short term cash grabs.

    Makes me nervous about joining the tulip fest of CHN.
    Would be trading him in for Hoare so have to decide today
