Why Capewell? I'm guessing just no other option around that price?

I think I read last week that there is more clarity on concussion issues as a result of tests done Thursday. Is that across the board? or are these tests player dependent.

Im mainly asking in order to see what the deal with SMat is.

For his sake, and subsequently for fantasy, I really hope the kid is ok.

He should pick up some game time during the byes. No one else really sticks out as a cash out option

Possibly getting a run during origin/byes. Has filled in first grade so no reason he won't be first cab off the rank again.

I'm sure once some late mail comes out, we'll get a bit of an idea. I think RTS was Thursday but not sure if that was across the board. You'd probably think so though.

I have SMat in my team and would love him to play, but in reality, I think he should have a week off, maybe even a couple. The kid's getting knocked out too easily.

As HS said earlier, I agree that the Knights should take a hard look at whether they want to rest him for the year given his recent concussion history.

The kid is only 20 and has talent, he will be able to come back from it and surely the Knights would rather have him there next year when they will be more competive.

Exactly. There is simply no point risking him. He is one of their strongest players indeed, but as filth said, they aren't in contention for the title so it's really a no brainer to at least sit him out a few games. I'd rather know now if he's getting sit out for X amount of time then it be a week by week thing, but obviously that's for selfish reasons. On the other hand, Sione obviously would really want to keep playing too.

Cheers guys. 2 worlds going on obviously huh. No doubt everyone wants the best for Sione, so lets hope people making the decision do whats right for him. Then lets hope the fantasy world can get some clear info so we can make our decisions! haha.

Hopefully its a win-win. Simone is ok, I can start him, and he bags a hat-trick!

Its quite odd that sione is named unless its just the coach throwing up last weeks teamlist again (probably)

Leilua or Aubbs? Has the tag of Black Widow maybe been removed from him? Spending 428k on a CTR isn't something Im happy about doing, but I want a set and forget combo.

Yep. Matterson is now the fill in guy. However somebody else mentioned earlier in the week watch out for SST when he comes back, although probably hits Guerra more.

FWIW: I bought in Edwards this week (Panthers winger) for Suli. Figured Suli is basically at his peak anyway, if Edwards gets more game time in the future then that's awesome.

But right now there's nobody else coming up in the backs (Which is rare).

I doubt he's a set and forget - SST will be back at some stage

How much $$$ do you make from that trade? Suli at some stage will bust a 50, I doubt he's at his peak and is the Tigers #2 winger at this stage. Seems crazy to trade him for Edwards unless you're banking $100K?

text at the bottom of the team lists on nrl.com says George Fai and Joe Ofahengaue, and Lindsay Collins (who?) and Mitchell Cornish have dropped off.

And after this week the Tigers have 4 home* games in a row. After getting pummelled up in Townsville, they have a chance to put some competitive games together.

I wouldn't trade SUli our just for the sake of it, he should make a bit omre cash, and then hopefully a good origin downgrade appears

(playing at home, or an away games at ANZ stadium)

With Idris now inside him and Brooks out all ball is going right through Moses (80%) and 20% stops at Idris. Suli has done his job and will possibly start to lose cash and Tigers are shite.
He nets $50K from the trade to Edwards and probably another $40K this week (price rise) plus the opportunity to stay on in the team on the wing for the attacking minded Panthers. Just read an article with Griffin saying its up to the three guys playing Friday night and the three guys playing on Saturday, but didn't rule out the three not coming straight back in. If Edwards plays well at fullback I can see him holding a spot on the wing until at least Peachey comes back (possibly 3-4 more games in which time its not out of question he could be $300K).

Lindsay Collins sounds like a 7 foot tall center from the NBA.
