So Bevan French might be out for around a month shifting my POD WFB/HLF King Guth to fullback. Would that be concerning for his scores? More run metres but less tackles

That's nothing for two trades and some certainty about two NPRs, who could end up keepers and will replace two genuine duds. I'm having a very good week anyway and hope to crack the top 500.....touch wood

Thanka again Milch.
Have tried this season to be more frugal and calculating with my trades as opposed to last season where I would jump on players without really thinking. Eg. CHN and Frawley.
Safe to say that approach is backfiring hugely so far.
Hang in there mate. I've been more conservative with my trades and missed Hess and chn to name a few. Plan for the bye rounds and you can claw back lost ground easy, I think it was Si or filthridden who killed it during byes last year? I'm planning to have 24 trades by round 12 then max trade through byes.
I'm still waiting for the next Garvey type cow

I'm doing terrible in my work league which I normally kill so I think looking at the byes might be a new strategy I'll have to look towards. Who are the best targets for bye planning? And you obviously need the least amount of red dots as possible I'm guessing. I'm looking awful for round 12 and only have like 5 players. My year is looking doomed haha.

Was planning Kaufusi to Graham next week but looks like the gap will be bigger than expected so may have to reassess
Anyone know what time the Cowboys ressies play/if we will be able to get team lists?

Thanks mate. That is a big help. Looking at Walker perhaps next week if not Cook, which would add 2. Planning now could definitely help come origin time.

Looks like I'm stuck with both my DPP FRF/2RF in the front row so can't go Musgrove to Crichton next week. Looks like Sironen is on his last legs for my team unless he posts another 50.
This week Elgey>Hampton
Next week Sironen>Crichton and Musgrove>Tualua
Tualua been close to first grade each week and should get a run over Origin with Jackson and Klemmer out

Might go Musgrove to Crichton. Musgrove is a great player, but his minutes last night were a damn worry. I'd like to keep him for at least round 12, but he'll probably lose a bit of coin by then.

With Turner now in the prop rotation there is a lot of bodies for not much time in the middle. Surgess, Gurgess, Turgess, Clark, Turner, Musgrove all sharing time

No real info, just says he had planned to come on at the 50th or 60th minute mark "Or whenever it was"

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 28
Updated to 244/5 so pretty happy with an average of almost 50 per player. I've 1 trade left & because I've locked in Ponga in my starting team on the assumption he'll be in for Coote I could be in a bit of strife if he isn't because I'll get Abbey's a.e. So I might need that trade to prevent that. If the Ponga situation is sweet I still might go Jacks to Hampton to build up cash.
Next week both Crichton & Frawley looked like the prime targets of our forum & you can't argue with that as they both look very good.

So Crichton is the flavour of next week, by the looks of things.
Not sure if it has been discussed but there were no real injuries that lead to him playing so many minutes?

Crichton and Hess. Two players that were heavily discussed during pre season yet most of us it seems removed them from our squads due to the rd 1 team lists. Both will end up being in the top 10 cashies of 2016 by the looks of things so far. Funny how this game works out sometimes...

Johnson has entered discussions with several aussie clubs...
...However he then goes on to say that of course you are going to see what's out there

I wouldn't be too sold on Crichton yet personally. Madge changes his team around so much you never really know when he might decide not to use him for 80 minutes.
Talakai is in then he's out. Cook's on the bench, now he's a starter. Clark becomes a starting prop then Turner does.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 28
As a Crichton owner for a few weeks now, he is really only worth bringing in next week if he plays the 80.
Last week he missed a ton of tackles, he is quite small, and he saved his score by running sideways and palming 5 guys off for TB's. Without that 6 second play, he scores 20ish.
