Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 28
Johnson hinting Foran wants to stay at the Warriors next year. Seemed like the biggest hint yet he wants to stay, at the very least. He said they have spoken about the future and what they think they can achieve together.
Johnson saying if he went to another club and won a premiership, it wouldn't feel the same as if he won one here at the Warriors.
Johnson saying if Foran committed to the Warriors for the next 2-3 years, it would be a "Game Changer" for him.
Johnson said he has spoken to "1 or 2" clubs, he knows what they are offering.
Conclusion: Very opening interview, Johnson apparently said himself he was worried he said too much.

Potentially trying to up his next contract $$$ value? Not the first time a player has used an offer from another club to try and get more from their current club.
I personally don't see Johnson leaving the Warriors. Surely with a spine of Luke, Johnson, Foran and RTS the Warriors would win a Premiership within the next 2-3 years. I mean with that spine they HAVE to win a Premiership

They will win a premiership if the Broncos stop getting refs calls all the time.

I set an alarm so I wouldn't miss out in pub with plan to do Lamb>Frawley. He wasn't named to start so I didn't. Would've been a bad trade if Abbey didn't get knocked out early

Was all set to get Milford next week. Is this a no go with Hunt out a few weeks? Has Milford played/scored well in the past without Hunt?

I bet Benji is very pissed off right now. Gets has chance to play but he's injured.

Interesting. Milchys team planner would tell us. I can't use it at the moment.

I think it started in round 19 last year so will be looking to do the same this year also. I haven't actually looked at the specifics of it just yet as it is still a fair way off (plus I have an OS trip coming up that requires more attention and planning). It won't be run during the bye round period just so everyone is on an even playing field. I'm thinking of actually purchasing a trophy or plaque for the winner this year to make it a bit more prestigious

Did you see the Ben Hunt no try?! That was a massive call that went against the Broncos. Although in the end it didn't really matter...

I must have been dieseled, when I first saw it I thought Hunt caught the ball in front of Milford.

I might just go Jacks to Hampton with my 2nd trade just as a cash grab as it sets me up nicely next week to get Frawley & J. Graham.
