LG & Suli out for Milf & Hampton via CWalker switch to WFB?GreenMachine wrote:
If I could do LG to milf I'd be all over that mate.
I think Milf/Moses (when at parra) might be a decent halves pairing for the right price

Still trying to figure out how to bring in CWalker this week, think I'm going to be short and it might have to wait until next week. Not a big deal in terms of Cash since he has a high enough BE, however I really just want to improve my scoring this week so it sucks a bit having to make yet another trade for money.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 30
Taking a look at Nikorima since he seems to be a topic of interest. B/e in the 30s this week so shouldnt move too much.
Looking at his big minute games it's hard to get a grasp of his scoring potential. 2015 he had 2 games with 40+ minutes. 40 minutes for 8 points and 51 minutes for 31 points. 2016 5 games of 40+ minutes. 44 in 56 with a try, 34 in 55, 19 in 48, 24 in 56, 18 in 61. Let's say he manages an average of 35 playing 80 in the halves due to becoming a better player during his 4 week stint in QLD cup. 4 scores of 35 he makes around 45k. 6 scores of 35 he makes around 75k. 8 scores of 35 he makes around 95k.
Based on all this I think I'll let this one pass. With a high B/e those that are considering him should atleast take a look this week where with a 35 he will make <5k

Anyone thinking of downgrading 2nd row forward to Leary must have rocks in his head. Surely has 3 weeks max as starting half. Then will go back to the bench when Thurston returns, then will disappear all together 2 to 3 weeks after that when Granville returns. A trade is surely not worth 3 weeks in the starting team.

Tricky on with Brown. I was just about to push the buy button but realized he is holding the Parramatta captain on the bench. Can that happen for too long.
Am I dreaming or did Mannah captain the team and play a large proportion of the season from the bench last year.

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 30
I've got rocks in my head then. Leary is named at 9, close to bottom dollar but comes with the bonus of making at least a little bit of money in the very rare chance i have a trade spare down the line but need cash. Unlikely to stick around as a nasty AE and the guy I'd be trading out in Yates isn't doing all that much for me anyway. In fact Leary might actually benefit me on a bye, which Yates most likely wont. I'm not set on it, but I'm considering it and don't see it as silly as you do.Finger Puppet Mafia wrote:Anyone thinking of downgrading 2nd row forward to Leary must have rocks in his head. Those considering Brown he isn't going to score a 15 point try every week. Would you be happy to pay for 45 points and 60 minutes a week?

C Walker and Tedesco now around the same price. Sheesh
Would Tedesco to Walker for the benefit of DPP exchange with Gutherson and byes be a sound or ridiculous sideways move

I wouldn't trade Tedesco out until he is named for origin. One of the few players that can score triple figures any given week. Terrifying to watch as a non owner and it's only origin stopping me bringing him in

Maybe it's just the bold and black '85' next to his headshot, but ever since I put Arey into my team earlier today, I really like the look of it. With Hess and ET named to start I'll give them another week and maybe go Yates to Tualau and Lamb to ARey. Thoughts?

Love the thought of Arey in my squad but his injury history and origin chance turns him into a massive worrymulvy wrote:Maybe it's just the bold and black '85' next to his headshot, but ever since I put Arey into my team earlier today, I really like the look of it. If I put him in my team now I'll almost guarentee his NSW blues jersey, such is my luck
