    NOT GUILTY

Sam Burgess beats a shoulder charge and is free to play.

So Burgess should have been cleared. The game is a joke otherwise. He stood his ground with Eastwood charging full pelt at him. No outside shoulder - straight at him. He can't disappear into the ground. Good call for a change.

Would have to put Hampton in the halves but I could upgrade him next week?
Sound like a silly idea and a waste of trades?

    C. Smith (c), (A. McCullough)
    A. Fifita, J. Graham, (J. McGuire)
    E. Whitehead, P. Gallen, S. Mannering, (C. Harawira Naera)*
    S. Johnson, B. Hampton
    J. Leilua, N. Cotric
    J. Tedesco, R. Tuivasa Sheck, J. Hayne, (K. Ponga)

Im a novice mate, but I don't like it.

Hampton off the bench could score bugger all, but more importantly presumably you got Norman for the byes perhaps even a keeper right? Has enough happened to make you doubt that? I have him too mate and I reckon its best just to ride this dip. Hopefully Moses comes over to the Eels and Norman resumes his scores.

Just my thoughts anyway. BTW - who's your second hooker currently?

Went Yates -> Capewell as my only trade last week. Happy with it.

Brooks out would be a good reason for the Tigers not releasing Moses

Brown won't get near 80 minutes regularly, he shares minutes with Beau Scott but stayed on the field to fill in at Dummy Half when Pritchard came off injured for a little while, then Scott got injured, so Brown played out the game.

I have Brown, and his stint at hooker in that game really slowed his scoring down. It is nice riding the price rises, and I reckon he has that high minute lock spot nailed down. It has resulted from Tepai being sent back to the middle. It could be interesting to see what impact Kenny Edwards has on his minutes though! Perhaps wait and see a week if you don't have him already.

Cool, Thankyou for the advice. I had Brailey but I currently have Hampton.
It looks so good on paper tho hey?
I've had Norman since the start and did bring him as a keeper but his lowish scores have bothered me and I either don't have enough money elsewhere or my other cows are still making slow money! Grrr hahahaha

Jacks a trade out this week...
CHN can hang around another week, with the off chance he might grab a bench spot... who knows when Carty will be back, and JFH's shoulder might not be right... fingers crossed x
Yates can hang around too, with Buhrer & Wardle out he might make a few more k's. Not expecting too much.
The Idris injury is annoying, he was just getting on a role fantasy pnts wise. I was thinking of moving SMat back upstairs (2RF) to cover both positions, but with Idris out, I'll keep him in the CTR. The good news is that other might have to play a risky CTR in their 17
We have the return of the Jedi Hayne this week, even though he hasn't been strong in the Force of late... it would be good to see him back to his old self.
Not sure how long Moses will have to stay with the Tigers... I like it when players honour their contracts... but it sounds  like he's got a foot out of the door already

With BE of 29 for both, Yates and Jacks are really awkward for mine. Were logical downgrades for me going into this round but I think they can both hit that, which has me looking for anything more urgent and/or profitable

Unless blessed with low trades used to date, CHN is prob a season keeper if you bought him at bottom dollar. He presents no AE risk, because if he ever makes the bench he will score OK and get OK minutes. I saw him as a cash out personally so wary of fiddling another couple of trades to turn him now into a cash out. Massive minus BE doesn't make sense and would suggest much longer stay than "another week"

Capewell should be close to dpp soon shouldn't he.

I looked at this earlier today. First two games this year he played centre as per final team lists, and week just gone he played wing.. so would need two more games named centre or three more games wing to get dpp..

Ah gotcha, sorry I thought Hampton was part of this weeks trades.

Can you get Hodgson without dumping Norman?  No Risk no Glory in this league but my question would be is there any reason why Hodgson can't get back to last years form? Perhaps there is, I just don't know enough. Could be massively undervalued though?? and a massive POD at this stage... Plays week 12 too which could be a bonus.

Nah, I would be getting rid of Norman and Jacks, moving Hampton to the halves and bringing in another nobody along with C. Smith.
I still have CHN, Hampton, Kelly, Ponga, Elliot and Stone who are still making me money so I could upgrade Ponga to a good half next week if Coote and Thurston return?
    Like Milford or maybe Munster.
I'm kinda thinking the shit 20 points of Hampton might be ok for 1 week if it allows me to bring in c. Smith, captain him and also have McCullough.
    Hope that makes sense Laughing

Thinking to move Jacks out, and bring in a cut-price 2RF via May, with the Idea they will get some decent game over Origin.

Right now my short list is

    George Fai 138k DPP FRF
    Corey Jensen 142k DPP FRF
    Sam Stone 208k
Kurt Capewell 198k (perhaps soon to be DPP CTR)

Ideally one of the first two, but I am not really convinced about any of them. Maybe better to leave it until there is something more solid.

Tolman playing 12 and 13 with Frawley coming off the bench still sold me over Surgess who only plays 12.
