Can you do Musgrove>Fai and Moga>Leilua this week? Leaves the 17 a little stronger for 1 more week

Last 3 rounds he has an average of 62 and and a break even of 29.multiple.scoregasms wrote:
Tolman playing 12 and 13 with Frawley coming off the bench still sold me over Surgess who only plays 12.
Sounds great to me

Yeah mate, I got him after watching him play in rounds 2 & 3 (also was a good cash out option for a misfiring gun). Should come in handy for the bye rounds, hopefully he holds his spot in the starting lineup and gets DPP too.

m_c wrote:Hi All,
Would appreciate some thoughts on trades this week. Currently running with:
Cam, Brailey
Wallace, Tolman, Matagi, Yates
JDB, Manners, Whitehead, Crichton, Hess, CHN
Norman, Lamb, Elgey, Jacks
SMat, Cotric, Idris, Kelly
RTS, Slater, TTurbo, Hayne, Abbey
43k
Probably the same issue as everyone else, but I have Matagi, Yates, CHN, Elgey, Jacks, Kelly and Cotric who are all around the same price and in need of a downgrade but would prefer if I can replace them with someone with a chance of making it on the field in rd 12. No urgent need to trade but 17th man is looking weak this week and would like to start freeing up cash.
Any suggestions?
Anyone with a suggestion here? Similar issues to me. I think Jacks/Elgey are your best bets to move on, preferably Elgey. If NuBrown wasn't going to end up a shitty AE later I would consider him. But I think siad shittiness outweighs his "potential" to score me bye points. There is not a lot there to cash out to in the halves unless you take a red dotter for the rest of the year.
I am also considering Niko-not a downgrade as such and will also end up a shitty AE, but plays Rd 12 and the could be a good step up to a 3rd Gun half mid season.

Faufusi will need to become Graham in round 12, and Lamb to Norman when he bottoms out- but I don't see any other urgent trades that need to be made between now and Origin. My big worry is that I have too many dud cows (Leota, Abbey, Field, Burns) so I am pretty much just banking on trading Jacks and Kelly to raise this money (only have 43k).
Should I take the gamble on a bye friendly Frawley, or just wait until it is time to cash out and hope there is somebody as good? Surely I cannot afford to trade to a 138k nuffie with so many cash cows already misfiring.

I was considering Walker but may wait and go Munster after round 12. He'll play 2 big byes and should under priced.
Also are you bringing Tolman in as a keeper? Im deciding whether to go Tolman or Graham. If I go Graham i feel like im bringing in a keeper where as Tolman I feel like i need to upgrade after the byes.

I looked at this earlier today. First two games this year he played centre as per final team lists, and week just gone he played wing.. so would need two more games named centre or three more games wing to get dpp..
would love for him to get two more games at centre before he plays three on the wing, then he will be super useful DPP with SMat over byes.
A DPP 2RF/WFB would be fairly useless to me, aside as an appreciative collector of rarities.

The number of red dots would concern me. Not just for generating cash but also for your depth over the bye rounds

Yeah Matagi might lose some cash but it is so close to the byes you may as well keep him. CHN is a goldmine waiting even just for a bench spot. Kelly and Cotric will be sells in a few weeks but no use until they peak. Gotta be something with Elgey and Jacks. Turn either or both to Niko and Frawley. Double NPR upgrade!

Re: 2017 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 32
seeing everyone throwing out teams for suggestion..
Smith Brailey
Tolman, Wallace, Faufusi, JWH
Gallen, ET, Crichton, Hess, Bodene, MCK
SJ, Lamb, Elgey, Jacks
Smat, Aubs, Moga, Idris
RTS, Slater, Cotric, Hayne, Fogerty
+53k ITB
Trade one set for ET to Whitehead. ET just not doing enough to warrant keeping him. Struggling to hit 45 despite the minutes and already at his top dollar. Whitehead is on the way up.
The main area needing help is Halfs, really want to dump Jacks and Elgey, Lamb is holding his spot until Norman bottoms out in a couple of weeks so will have to stomach a few 30s.
So trade option 2 is for a cut price half or wfb if possible, unless someone can see a better option
