agree on this. he is pretty good at hitting and sticking. the problem for siro (or fantasy coaches perhaps) is he tends to stay in his channel and often hangs back in defense. he doesnt get those extra tackles from following the play that the other more keen defenders get.

Spot on. So many opportunities for him to go over and jump in on the tackle and help out but it's like he's scared to leave his mark and roam a little. Very precise on the field to his position.

I don't agree with the masses and think Feeney will probably impact on Lamb's scoring. I would be weary of playing Lamb (and with that he will bust a 50)

What do you think Feeney will do that would have an impact on Lamb? mkore kicking? More attacking play going through him?

Feeney not the primary general play kicker in NSW CUp (that is Will Pearsall)

If anythi9ng will impact on Lamb's scoring its that after a promising opening month the Knights performances are starting to fade a little

I think Feeny will try and take more attacking play himself. Happy to be proved wrong though.

He's never even started a match before.

I'd expect 50-60 minutes and a score in the 30s

Hard to quantify on paper but in a similar (but different) way to takarangi and norman. Everyone expected Norman to do everything with taka there but he just hasn't. If the performance of one half is clunky, it can be hard for the other half to get quality ball, etc. Also, there isn't alot more kicking that Lamb can do. In 2017 he has outkicking Hodko 1544m to 613m. Yes there is still 300 kicking points to hodko there but in the space of a game it won't mean too much, and Lamb kicked for 400 metres last week and still scored 33 for the match.

My general reasoning against playing Lamb was in the first sentence. If they are losing badly which has been the case of late, Lamb probably won't score well.

Plus with those 400 kick meters from Lamb last week, Hodko had a total of 40.

The problem with Lamb is his missed tackles. If he can apply himself more in defense & not fall off tackles he can score in the 40's. I'm hoping the extra responsibility of being the main play maker will have the desired affect.

I really don't want to get rid of ET but he's the only option if I want Crichton. I'm sorry buddy, just don't go getting a 60+ on me.

I would put the R on Stone provisionally. Since the Panthers play before the Knights you'll know if CHN plays. If CHN is playing in the 17 I would reserve him. It looks like JFH will be out & they reckon Carty might play but as a CHN owner you might get lucky if both are out.

Seen a rumour that TMM not playing and Carty in at half. With JFH injured it seems CHN should start. I'm hoping it's true

If only this would be confirmed before the Souths game because I would reserve CHN over Cook but alas it won't be & for safety I'll have to reserve Cook.
