Wallace IMO has become a keeper, no doubt. Could play Origin with his current form though.

    Carn Musgrove!

Seriously has Gurgess even got an IQ above 10 points. Maybe as they say excessive steroid abuse phucks up the head & thought process because to lay on a blatant shoulder charge like that which was late as well means he's as thick as a 4 by 2 as my father used to say.

Talking of parents as Marilyn Manson said on Family Guy "respecting your parents is a tune we can all rock to."

If Reynolds is back and Turner goes back into the back row, I think Musgroves output would stay about the same. If he can hold his price, he's worth keeping for the byes. Another game with 20 minutes or less of game time again then it's time to worry again.

I would sell McGuire before I sold Wallace. I've had Wallace from the start & keeping him & he's more of a keeper than McGuire imo. I'm also keeping F. Kaufusi as well.
I own Fifita & will sell to J. Graham. I have McGuire & will sell to N. Brown. I will upgrade Lamb to Norman, A-Rey or Pearce. I really need a couple more big names in my ctrs &/or wfb's but will leave that to round 12.

Ive got Wallace, Vaughan, McGuire, Kaufsi in my FRF.

    2rf
Gallen, JDB, Whitehead, CHN, Stone, May.

Id love to get Crichton in, but DPP doesn't allow for it in a single trade. Stone and CHN have money to be made, so no rush to get rid of them.

I think Cameron Murray may take on a bigger role while Gurgess is out and Turner will remain in the FR rotation

This is an interesting part of the season for the Fuxtain's.

With only a few weeks to the byes start and SOO. All my trades have an additional complication. Mainly bye coverage.

For instance, I want to improve my Ctrs. Running Cotric, Kelly, Idris, Moga. (who wouldn't want to improve that). Cotric is the only one I can really upgrade to someone decent i.e Aubo. But he plays Rd 12. So ill probably hold on for another few weeks, even if he does start losing cash.

Honestly doubt ill make many trades in the next two weeks. Unless there is a certain must have/drop. McGuire will go as soon as he misses a game.

Not sure I see the problem.  You've got up to 14 guys (Smith, Hodgson, James, Wallace, Tolman, JDB, Surgess, Crichton, Pearce, TTurbo, SMat, RTS, Slater, Hayne) who could end up in your final team no worries, which means worst case scenario you only need cash to upgrade three more. Between Faufusi, Elliott, KNik, Lamb, CHN, Idris, Kelly and Cotric, I reckon you're not too far away.  My team is pretty similar but I reckon I've only got 11 keepers/quasi-keepers at this stage.

Note this is just based on guesswork, but you could crunch the numbers based on current prices to see how far you are away eg from turning Lamb into Norman, Faufusi into Taumololo, CHN into Mannering.  Plus there will always be more cash cows coming along which might help you to turn Hodgson into Macca, Tolman into Graham, Crichton into Gallen, Slater into Tedesco etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't really see a lot of the team as keepers as they have only fired the once for me collectively (last week). I'll take away that it's getting a couple more keepers combine with picking the timely upgrades. Wait and see I suppose.
    Cheers

I just read an article in the Newcastle Herald... Sounds like Brown might stick to his Sione/Feeney combo for now.
Which makes it very tempting for me to upgrade Smat to Whitehead this week

For those looking at Titans players, they played most of the second half with only one on the bench.
I do not think they have finished any game this year with more than two on the bench.
They have not played a game this year with their best 17

I am not saying they would be a bad pick but I am not sure the side is settled yet and minutes and positions can easily change.

Team list announcements are becoming less important under this system.

I had 4 players from my 25 that I had on Friday lockout that were named in a 1-13 position and did not make the final 17 at kick off.

It works the other way too as That Panthers Guy showed. It's now becoming important to look at numbers 18-21 and anticipate any match day changes. I try my best to look at team announcements 1 hour before KO but it's not always possible.
