Joey should be ashamed of himself, Feeny scored 1 more point than him, dear oh dear.

837 after updates and up 20 spots from last week to 34th this morning.

Not confident in staying there though with the byes coming up. Never really taken bye planning seriously before so I still consider myself a beginner there.

Hopefully a bit of luck will see me through.

Thinking Hess to Brown, would prefer to go to Surgess but not enough in the bank. I am thinking Brown might be like Wallace and keep getting inflated minutes, Need to dump Lamb as well though

Not sure, was just looking at his score confused.  Didn't realise he came off.

Going by his stats he played most of the game. Just missed out on roughly 13 odd minutes. Very unusual score for someone like him. Definitely worth eyeing of as he could be a cheap pick up later on.. Much like a few other Centres at the moment ie. Leilua, Croker, Aubbs and possibly Peachey if he gets back to playing 80. Choices galore!

On another note, any talk about who is in the line up to be NSW Hooker this year? I made the trade a few weeks ago from Brailey to Cook and have been riding him in the hopes of being a good Points a difference Captaincy option over the Bye rounds in the hopes Farah could play Origin. But I have a feeling it could all be for nothing.

The problem with that I have is, what say Player X pass the ball to player Y, at their own try line, and then player Y runs 100M to score, while running around the other teams, skipping between players, breaking 3 tackles on the way to the try line. Doesn't seem like player X should get the TA

It works that way in all soccer fantasy comps, and assists there could be an accidental deflection or a set-up touch at a free kick as easily as an amazing cross.

We already have a situation where a great one-on-one tackle is worth as much as a third-man-in tag...let's not kid ourselves that fantasy scoring reflects quality. Why not have extra clarity where last touch equals try assist? Takes subjectivity out of it.

I think the order of preference for NSW hooker is 1) Wallace; 2) Peats; 3) Farah, although there's also a possibility Pearce could play there. Talk has generally been of Wallace, from what I've read. Pretty slim picking but Farah has been mud so far this season and hasn't got enough time to start playing well. Who knows what Laurie will do but would be very surprised to see Farah play Origin this year.

yea. While we all know what should actually be a try assist or not, it would be easier if subjectivity was just taken out of it and they went with last pass/kick. It wouldn't be a perfect system but everyone would know what the ruling is. Speaking of I would also love to see the tackle breaks at the try line removed if you carry someone over the line. A tackle break is by definition when you break a tackle. The only difference between being tackled at the 50m line with 3 guys on your back vs at the goal line is that in one situation you play the ball, the other you have placed the ball on the line. In neither scenario have you broken a tackle. Would even be happy if they went with an ineffective tackle and gave it -1 to the defender.

Anyone got any ideas on bye friendly cheapies in the backs. Looking to trade out Cotric to fund my bye round gun upgrades and not seeing too much back there. Only really Folau who I know a bit about but him playing relies on Jennings getting in which isn't a cert. Other option is maybe Curtis Scott if he replaces Chambers

Why get rid of Cotric when he plays round 12 & he just scored 45.

Hard to say. Abbey could get another run depending on who gets selected from the Dogs. I wouldn't sell Cotric until after rd 12. For once, I'm pretty happy with the way my team is looking for the bye rounds - 15 players so far for rd 12 and 14 for rd 15, with Sione getting moved on before next round too.

Because I have Slater, RTS and Hayne back there and happy with Leilua and SMat in the centes. Cotric wouldn't score for me so no point holding for just one round when the cash I pick up from selling him could be put to use bringing in guys like Norman, Munster and Gallen

Yea got Abbey back there already, just not sure if I can see much anywhere else. Just thought alternatively I could sell SMat rather than Cotric and then look at upgrading Cotric to someone like Aubs after round 12. Gives me an extra player but the risk is that I would have to play Cotric as a centre until I sell him so could be a risk of a low score.

No Dogs backs will get selected unless there's injuries. Teddy, Fergo and Dugan are set in stone. Hayne, Jennings, Walker, Roberts all in contention for the other centre spot (You screwed yourselves Raiders) while Tommy Turbo looks good for the wing.

Way too many trade options and with rep round injuries/suspensions to take into account, seems like a waste of time to study much.

As soon as one player goes down, all of your Options A, B and C go out the window.

If BHunt sits out Rd 10, then Kodi to Munster looks attractive. My trades probably hinge on that if I make through this weekend of dud games unscathed.

Time to hibernate until TLT next week I guess.

Poor you. I've been playing him for weeks in the CTR's and I'm doing okay. He's actually outscored Sione this year.

No way that's the preference. I'm 95% sure Farrah will be the hooker. I'd say Wallace would be behind pests cook and mcinneis at the moment

Personally if I was picking Oeats would start and Cook would be on the bench.

No more Knights players in my team (apologies to @Honeysett )

    Yates to Gallen
    Sione to Hayne (via Cotric)
