Yeah mate I agree. I can see the logic in waiting on Leilua with a b/e of 64 but don't you think that Croker with a b/e of 51 is a fair chance of matching that against the Knights.

I think Hess will rip the dogs a new one tonight. Just a gut feeling. 3 meaties. 35 tackles. 78 points.

The selection of Asiata at prop is a strange positional selection. Maybe there's a last minute swap with Lowe to the frf & Hess starts & Asiata to bench.

Yep both capable of hitting BE against the Knights, hence why bad timing as i cant bring them in this week.

I don't get it - why the elliot hype? he played 80 and did well (with a try if i remember correctly), but other than that he's been so-so?

Jackson and Klemmer will be in origin so helps for depth during the byes. Helps that he's cracked the starting side too

I personally like the first lot of trades. I think Ponga is a hold for now to see what the Cowboys do with him and should get a start over origin.

Cause for those that got him cheap (remembering of course that he was ~170k a couple weeks ago) he will now make more money than what people probably expected and on top of that he looks likely to start from here on and will likely play 80 minutes (or at the least big minutes) in rounds 12 and 18 which are two pretty tough rounds to field 17 in! What's not to like for a sub $200k 2RF with good job security and great bye cover?

Yeah I don't get it either. He played 80 last week and scored 2 tries. Outside of an injury and tries I don't see him scoring more than 20-25 points a week. He may be solid option over Origin but is pricey already.
