I wonder if it's worth reversing my Lamb to Walker trade and downgrade Idris to Fuimaono instead. It'll leave me around 230k for upgrades next week, that's if Walker doesn't have a blinder and Lamb a real stinker.

At the moment with my Walker and Munster trades this week I've only got 35k itb.

    Is it worth the risk?

Both Walker and Munster should be keepers IMO. Even if Walker goes big, his price won't change that much. Munster is on the up and wish I got him this week but went Elliot and Brown instead. Lamb is still on my bench, but I think he can hit his BE and not fall under 300K. My conern with Fui is how many minutes is he going to get? Is he going to be like a Hame Sele or one of those Bulldogs bench players that get like 10-15 per game? Who knows. I'm liking MWZ more.

Keep the Walker trade for the points boost over Lamb. Who knows if Fuimaono will stick around for the byes

I've no idea what to do.

I think MWZ may have better job security but who makes way for him when everyone's fit. On the flip side Fui has better byes if he can jag a regular spot.

Just thinking about the NSW Origin side. I reckon the team will be:

    1 Teddy
    2 Tom Turbo
    3 Hayne
    4 Dugan
    5 Fergo
    6 Maloney
    7 Pearce
    8 Tamou
    9 Farah
    10 JTurbo
    11 Wade Graham (left)
    12 Boyd Cordner (right)
    13 Jack DeBelin
14 Jackson/Vaughan/Moylan not sure. Think the other 16 will be there unless Dugan still injured. In that case Hayne to right centre, Jennings to left centre.

I think that's the logical thing to do.

Lamb is in my npr's so I was never going to play him in my 17 this week. It'll be the points difference between Knik and Walker instead which may not be as much.

Lots of talk about player numbers for bye rounds, How many points do people see there team scoring round 12 and 13? Trying to benchmark myself, feel im a little light R13 considering only 2 teams on byes.

On averages im 694 and 789.

if fuiamono starts from the becnh you would assume he gets murrays role which is anywhere from 10-30 mins this year. i dont think there is a rush to bring him in this week, unless an hia messes with players minutes

Yep plus b.e is 15, not like its a big negative b.e. nothing wrong with having a look for a week if you dont urgently need the cash

I don't think they'll pick JDB. The miracle man Merrin, hot Mrs and some how gets picked in rep squads. Irrespective of is head, and his skills

A key part of this theory is it helps to have 25 trades still left after this week.

For example I'm prepared to trade Brown out in R16, who Ive just bought, to go to a Taupau or a Bulldog/Storm/Rooster player to get that extra player. Or ping RTS in R14 to get Munster etc etc...

    It's fail proof planning

I have never in 10 fucking years had a good start. So I have ended up doing this mostly. You make up heaps of ground, but tend to drop off a little Round 20 onwards. If you have enough trades and cash you can go on with it though.

Need help lads, last reserve out of Brailey, CHN and KNik. Can't trust Hook with starting CHN so probably looking at one of the other two.

    Thanks.

I think Brailey is the safe choice but K-Nik has a higher ceiling but also the lower floor.

I remember last year he abused him on the field when Lichaa through a shocking pass out of dummy half on the last tackle.

Yeah I remember that one last year, MBye had had a fair bit of shit written about him by that stage, wasn't a good look on one way but at least it showed his passion. I actually feel sorry for Lichaa, I know he has been average though.

Personally leaving this till Round 12 to see if Semi improves. Round 11 at the earliest.

Thoughts on buying M. Gordon for the byes. He's averaging 40.22% priced @ 350k & with a b/e of 52 for round 10 he could be 5-15k cheaper in round 11 if he scores at his average. The Roosters are 1 of the top 5 teams for bye coverage.

With a be of 31 this week, he's only scored more than that 3 times this year so stats wise it doesn't look like an urgent trade.

Having said that he could let loose any time now so could potentially be worth the risk.

I still haven't made any trades, not sure the best way to go about the bye rounds coming up. I was thinking of trading out Idris for Fuimaono. Then having the 98k to do a bye trade.

    Smith Pritchard
    McGuire Fifita Wallace EseEse
Thompson Whitehead Debelin Kaufusi Crichton Stone
    Norman Nikorima Hampton LittleJohn
Sione M Chambers Kelly (Idris to Fuimaono)
    RTS Cotric Hayne Suli Burns.

Is trading McGuire to N Brown or Wallace to N Brown the way to go?

Actually I remember at the time I felt sorry for Lichaa as well & thought Mbye was a prick. When I played footy we were told when one of your team mates made an error no matter how bad it was you encourage them not abuse them. But as you said at that time Mbye was probably not in a good place himself so Lichaa got the backlash.
