Oh nah, using the left over cash to fund pending sideway trades (Norman to SJ, Brown to Vaughn)

Given up on overall this year as i had a failed mindset coming into this season of achieving both overall and H2H but with the worst luck re: injuries, I'll cut my losses and focus on H2H instead so just bringing in keepers only now

All I have to say is Abbey better work his way into the starting side somehow. I'm still dying inside from not picking up Ponga because I figured Abbey is worth it for the byes. Bang

Don't like the chances, would have to think Marcelo comes back in for Brett.
Scratching my head too, injuries and origin selections/ non-selections have really thrown a curveball into my bye planning.

Do you guys think it's better to bring in aubs this week for talakai/idris as a keeper centre or in round 16 after the knights byes bring in Sione for Holmes? Would mean bringing in Reynolds for talakai/ idris this week using Jennings and CNK dpp. Currently have cotric and hoppa in centres so is already ok for the time being.

Injury aside there are some concerns that McCullough may not be the 2nd best hooker for the rest of the season. Kodi Nikorima has been going pretty well, and may stay in the side with decent minutes when Hunt and Milford both return, where McCullough is the one likely to make way.

McCullough will still score pretty well, and indeed may continue playing 80, moving to lock or something when Niko comes on.

McInnes might be a better bet. After this week he'll only miss 1 more game, and is scoring pretty well.

    So this is my team

    Smith McInnes
    McGuire Graham James Brown
JDB Surgess Crichton Elliot CHN Fuimaono
    SJ Niko Norman Hampton
    BJ Aubusson Kelly Idris
    RTS Slater Hayne Suli Phythian

The trades I want to do would leave my team looking like this

    Smith McInnes
    Graham James Brown Fai
JDB Surgess Gallen Mannering Crichton Elliot
    SJ Niko Norman Hampton
    BJ Fuimaono Kelly Idris
    RTS Slater Hayne Suli Phythian

Only 2k left in the bank but hear me out, barring injury I shouldn't need to touch my HOKs FRFs and 2RFs til seasons end. If I turn Norman to CWalker or Munster I can then turn Niko into another top half. I can cash out Idris as well to upgrade Suli to whichever of CWalker or Munster I don't already have. Tell me this is not a good plan?

    i went talakai to aubs

if youre going to bring aubs in, this is the week to do it to benefit from the two bye rounds he plays.

otherwise i would wait and see if tturbo comes back round 18 and select him then. as he also plays 19 which aubs does not.

i would put aubs above smats based on smats issues with outside back coverage and hia, saying this i have both after this week

Not a fan of the aubs to mannering trade personally. Would say aubs is a keeper centre and personally would want him over mannering given byes and mannering having injury concerns seemingly every second week.

I was until Brown got injured. So now I'm just gonna hold him at least for this week since there's no other forward I'm too keen on

They've all got pretty high ceilings to be fair. If I had to pick one it would be SJ based on this week alone playing a depleted broncos.

Reynolds/Crichton have better byes but I'm guessing you're asking for captaincy reasons

Cheers! I think I might to, I really don't want to trade him out.

How do you rate Junior Paulo? got some good scores lately including a few tackle busts..

I'm keeping at this stage & getting rid of Smith. There's only a few good scoring options in the frf & he's the best.

SJ has a 90+ game in him at any given moment. A depleted Broncos side doesn't necessarily mean he'll carve up though.

Crichton looks pretty good to me though. He isn't running on Moeroa's side but I think he should get a fair few tackle breaks against the Eels

Yeah loophole. SJ (vc) and Gallen (c) could be a goer but would only have a very small amount of time to make a call as Sharks play immediately after the Warriors.

Yep he's one of a few round 20 options - Papalii, Merrin, Pearce & J-Trbo.

Yep, I went fairly hard on the trades early on. The Bye period will be a cross between conserving trades and making room to fit at least 3 of the 4 you've mentioned into my team for the run home.
