Teddy. Storm have been playing away from Munster's side the last few games and its been frustrating as hell as a Munster owner. Previous to that, he has been given the ball inside the 50 where he was able to rack up lots of cheap TB, teddy style, in the one play.

Teddy still scored well last game despite their side copping a flogging. If the video ref gave him one of the numerous tries that were disallowed, the scoring would have been much higher.

Deep down I always wanted to Teddy, just wanting some reassurance.

    Cheers dude

Those eying up Mansour, I think it's best you give him a week or 2 to see how he goes after a long layoff

Interesting to jump straight on Mansour. I am very keen on him but I am thinking I'll wait til after rnd 15 just to see how he's going. Seven months off he may take a few games to get up to match fitness.

Trades this week for me a still up in the air.

EDIT spectre just beat me to it.

I'm tossing up between Teddy and Nofo. People seem to think Teddy is exhausted so the origin campaign is only going to compound that. Nofo seems to always be eager to run the ball out from his own half and is a TB machine when he does.

There's no way I'd jump on Mansour first game. Those looking at Mansour keep in mind that if he comes out firing, there's a possibility he could get recalled into Origin 2 and or 3.

Round 15 for me will be Ponga to Nofo. That's if Ponga doesn't get a run, which he won't.

on the other hand, origin may give him a bit of a 'second wind' for the season.

Aubusson to Tolo and Niko to NuBrown? Will mean running with SJ and Hampton as my halves this week but I can then bring in Munster or Tedesco next week

Just wondering why you've lost the Aubusson love Wink has something changed since you brought him in?

I mean he is one of only 6 Cs averaging > 40. He is ranked 4th currently if you exclude T Trbo (injured) and 3rd if you exclude Hopoate who has only played 6. On top of that he plays one more of the tough bye rounds and is DPP.

    Maybe Im missing something.

Unless Milf gets snapped in half at origin, he should back up. As a Broncos man myself, we're all still confused at Bennett's decision to play both Bunji + Wadell last week considering how well Niko has been playing at half during Hunt's absense. Maybe the old man has finally gone senile

Seemed obvious to me. Waddell couldn't go 80 minutes and rotating with Niko was the best team option with a proven half in Benji available.
I thought Benji played good in a beaten side to be honest.

Not a personal thing lol I'm just not sure if my forward pack is strong enough and I don't want to get left behind as Tolo plays 15 as well. Really not sure what to do scratch

All signs point to N. Brown not starting but I will have to sell him before the Storm game because I have him in the frf & I'll be bring in Taumalolo & shifting F. Kaufusi to the frf from 2fr. Even if he plays the Warriors forwards will be targeting his ribs & 1 good shot he may be off.

it was more that niko couldnt play 80 in the middle. Waddel took the first 25 mins and then Niko came on and played out the game.

to me it was always a tough decision on which way to balance that, but Niko will be the bench hooker moving forward for the rest of the season so it made sense.

Re Mansour & Dylan Edwards. It looks like Mansour will play so if Edwards also starts at f/b I'd say it's his spot to lose.

Hiku would be the one bumped out surely. If teams are lined up this way, then it's pretty obvious that TMM is on the outer.

Anyone else considering Brandon Smith as a downgrade option from Brailey if he is named to run out the Storm this week?

Will probably play R13/R15/R18 at least providing an extra 2 games over Brailey. Brailey may have some extra cash to be made but if B.Smith can get on the field for 4 games he may even make 100K by the time R19 comes around.

Will give me a Smith / Smith pairing...

But it also gives cash to upgrade Whitehead to Lolo this week..

I suppose the Storm are first up so you know what you're getting yourself into but what if BSmith is named in #14? Might play zero minutes, might play a few.... what if he starts this round but is named in #14 in rounds 15 and 18 on the night?

What if he holds a place on the bench for the season, becomes an AE risk?

    Whoever runs the NRL.com site needs a good kick up the ass. The updated casualty ward has these;

    James Graham (Indefinite)
    James Segeyaro (Round 14)
    Mitchell Barnett (ankle, Round 14-16)
    Josh Mansour (knee, mid-season)

    Jeez.

Well at least until Cartwright comes back. If Carty comes back to play 6, I don't think Moylan will be forced out of the team

Good points - in an ideal world he'd get enough minutes and make enough cash to be worthy of an upgrade/downgrade come R19.
