I'm hoping my understanding is right with mine
Crichton vc, Gallen c, taumalolo, (jdb), (brown), (marsters).
I take the r of jdb and put it on Tedesco or another NPR, then I swap jdb and Gallen, gallen is therefore a NPR and I get Crichtons double points and then gallens AE points.

Boys i just switched my captain De Belin for Whitehead, whitehead wasnt a reserve, so does this mean my vice captain Crichton will get double score after the dragons play?

I thought the rule was you can only bench your Captain with someone who is not playing.
