I think you're being a bit paranoid fantasy wise. Game III is a MUST WIN for the series. Are they going to choose that game to debut Tommy T? Morris is fine to keep but if unfit with that rib injury, surely they will go with Mansour who has played Origin and for Australia over Tommy T.

paranoid? just being realistic here. QLD had a must-win game and debuted 4 players. it happens

Even if JT was fit, Munster would come in for Boyd so no chance Munster will be in our teams in round 18. Might have to punt Slater then.

milford isnt expected to return before round 20, he's no chance for origin 3.

Munster will come in, given both Boyd and JT are out. Where he plays positionally is up in teh air, but he wont be playing for the storm in rnd 18

True but it's clear QLD needed new blood. They needed that injection of youth. NSW well people forget they were only a missed goal away from finishing the 80 minutes on equal terms. The team as a whole is at fault for taking their foot off the pedal in the 2nd half.
If anyone put in a drop-worthy performance it was Hayne who would be replaced by Jennings.

Is TMM worthy of consideration? Is he likely to improve his average at the Cowboys?

Munster was 18th man, he comes in no matter what. There's no way he won't play.

Oh well at least Munster will still end up playing 2 more rounds than Slater (Barring a late withdrawal this Saturday) so that trade worked out fine in my opinion.

Also JT ruled out for season confirmed on Cowboys website

I reckon Munster will come in as a bench utility, replacing Morgan who will replace Thurston in the starting team. Oates to replace Boyd and go onto a wing.

Munster still a keeper IMO. Both Munster and Slater but looks like now I have to ditch one, and I think it will be Slater.

JT just found out TMM has signed with the Cowboys so has decided to spend more time at home with his wife.

I think TMM will come in instead of Laybutt now long term since JT is out.
