827 this week and jumped a few hundred spots to 1238, so slowing moving up.  11 trades left so I think I'm in a decent enough spot.
With 11 trades left, Nathaniel Roache from the Warriors could be worth a look, pending injury news on Luke.

801 pre updates, pretty happy with that, made up about 50 places and was without De Belin, Tedesco, Walker, Fuimaoano, C. Smith, N. Brown and Crichton.

That's 12 extra points for me. Hopefully more in the next game too.

If MS hadn't of lost Vaughan early & with Sione's 8 point upgrade he would of easily beaten me in our L51 h2h. Just shows you what a sack of shit fantasy is.

Yeah mate, worth a thought, but I think only if Luke is out long term.

Week by week all over the shop at the moment JBG. I look at some of the teams posted on here and wonder how I am ahead of them, but it's the run home from Round 20 onwards that will probably see them overtake me. You are right there mate, that's what counts.

Oh and with Sione, was it you that called a 50 from him before lockout because you traded him out? Cotric actually did more work last night for his 29 than he did last game when he got 48. Gonna be hard to trade him cos I love watching him play.

Ouch. I'm gutted for you HB. I know you're high up in the rankings so hopefully you haven't taken too much of a hit.

I really want to bring in Pearce tomorrow as I'm impatient, he won't play 18 or 19 tho...
He would be a great addition with Munster and Johnson and I can move walker back down to wfb.
My 4 reserves next week would be N. Brown, J. De Belin, M. Pearce and D. Edwards. Should I do it guys?
I should be able to afford Vaughan now too. Does anyone know how long he is out for? Was his injury serious?

About 9 spots i think. Been struggling to find much time for fantasy the last couple of weeks and ive ended up making some really dumb trades and that just topped it off. All good though!

I've been doing some 'homework', looking into some of the history of my new-found fantasy sport. I've heard the phrase 'future immortal' a few times so caught up on the 8 current ones - interesting stuff.
(that raised questions about Andrew johns ahead of some others but I'm sure it all makes sense)

I also learnt about the Dally M ....

.... Herbert Henry "Dally" Messenger (12 April 1883 – 24 November 1959) was one of Australasia's first professional rugby footballers, recognised as one of the greatest-ever players in either code.

I'm hoping if I get a feel for the history I won't be so rubbish next season! Rolling Eyes

It's a no for me mate. You can spend that sort of coin somewhere else considering you have 2 top tier halves allready. If it was Round 20 than that would be a different story. Unless you have solid coin and trade numbers left I'd wait.

    Wait til round 20 mate.

In relation to Vaughn all they said was a calf tear but that was about it, no timeline or anything. If it's a propper tear, that's quite a few weeks.

Had a 4hr drive this afternoon to ponder my trades for the week. Think I'll go Cotric to Cleary (via walker) and Suli to Whare. Hopefully will have enough to upgrade either friend or McInnes in rd 20, leaving me 4 trades for injuries and somewhat decent cover in most positions
