    6 Trades 313 ITB.

Planning Elliot > Mannering this week

Then these as necessary on the run home :

    Fuimoano > Nuff
    Holmes > Nuff via Cotric
    B.Smith > C.Smith
    Walker > Pearce

Anyone see any holes in this plan? I have 17 this week so hopefully that will alleviate some of the pain inflicted by my poor performance this week.

Or do I downgrade Elliot (e.g. Lane) and strengthen my CTR/WFB.. (e.g. Teddy, Rapana, TTurbo etc)

    Thoughts?

Have you considered cashing out Holmes via a DPP WFB/HLF instead of via Cotric? This would let you play Munster at WFB and for your 17 give you:
    SJ Pearce
    Edwards RTS Munster

If you already have a WFB/HLF nuff, then disregard all of this.

Thanks for flagging this - I was operating under the assumption that I would be able to bring Munster down but on closer inspection that wouldn't be possible with the trades above..

What's the deal with Lloyd Perrett's minutes and points this last week? Did Manly have injuries during the game?

The Manly forwards were constantly under pressure in that game so i guess it was due to tiredness and i think they had only two forwards on the bench.

Thanks. Looking at FRFs and his score kinda stood out. I'll keep looking.

Yep, can't think of any injuries. I googled who that Parker lad was about 10 minutes before kick off, and once I realised he is supposedly a winger/centre and with Cullen there that's when I decided to bring Lane in instead of Trent from Chunky.

That and the late reshuffle and no 80 minute Jurbo meant someone was going to get a heap more game time.

Looking into this week, it thought it might seem like a week that could help climb the rankings with a full 17. I have gone through the top 25 teams at the moment and counted how many players they have this week as it stands. Won't include SMat, LBrown, Whare, Vaughn and anyone else that potentially is out and will list players that may or may not play dependent on Origin to the best of my knowledge or just second tier players. Will include origin players backing up also. Will also list on AE dependancies if they have a full team eg. front row is Kapow, JBrom, Kaufusi and Brown.

team 1 - 17+ players (front row AE dependant)
    team 2 - 15 players (includes MWZ)
    team 3 - 15 players
team 4 - 17 players (but includes one of either MWZ, Sele or NuBrown)
    team 5 - 17 players (includes Burns)
    team 6 - 17+ players
team 7 - 17 players (includes Sele, Musgrove, NuBrown, and AE dependant in centres)
    team 8 - 17+ players
team 9 - 16 players (includes CMat and NuBrown)
team 10 - 17 players (includes Laybutt and Burns, FR AE dependant)
    team 11 - 17 players (includes Kelly)
team 12 - 17+ players (front row AE dependant)
team 13 - 17 players (includes Gurgess and Kelly)
team 14 - 17 players (includes Laybutt and Yates)
team 15 - 16 players (includes Laybutt, AE dependant centres and WFB)
team 16 - 17+ players (includes Laybutt and front row AE dependant)
team 17 - 17+ players (front row AE dependant)
team 18 - 17 players (includes Kelly and Burns)
    team 19 - 17+ players
    team 20 - 17 players (includes Kelly)
team 21 - 17 players (includes MWZ, Gurgess and NuBrown and centres AE dependant)
    team 22 - 16 players (no hookers)
team 23 - 17+ players (Front row AE dependant)
team 24 - 17 players (includes Gurgess and Burns)
    team 25 - 17+ players

Looking at that, that was kind of just a waste of my time. Looks like a few will be running short and depending on trades relying on some shitters to make way in the team. I think I expected some of the top teams to have less, I don't know why, they are up the top in the comp for a reason. Just makes it more pivotal to get at least 17 starters on the field this week. Looks like teams with 14-15 could struggle if things don't fall their way.

The inclusion of Parker on the bench was strange. He only came on too because Kelly went off injured.

Yep, I had a quick look at the top 5 and was surprised at their good numbers. The 500 ranks I made up last round I can see halving with my 15 players. Very surprising, but I guess I had a couple more players than most this round just gone to make those rankings up.

Swings and roundabouts but really expected to see some high ranking teams struggle Round 19.

All good Wolfking, people have wasted more time on more trivial things. I'm glad I just made the cut off of your prying eyes. A majority of us will probably be low on trades though.

Yeah that's why I did it and left disappointed. Might not climb up the rankings like I thought I would with 17 (hopefully 17).

Trying to figure out who I want to trade in when Vaughan is evetually not named tomorrow.

    Fifita the obvious choice.
I would love to trade in Taumalolo but I do actually need the FRF with Brown's bye this round. :-/

    Squad as it stands:

    Smith, McInnes
    Vaughan, Taupau, Brown, IPapali'i
Gallen, JDB, Surgess, Crichton, Fuimaono, Fai
    Johnson, Cleary, Walker, Field
    Scott, Hayne, Leilua, LeBrown
    Tedesco, RTS, Dedwards, Chanel, Olam

Leilua to cover the back five.
Fuimaono extra reserve if need be.

Other option is Fuimaono to Fifita via Brown and then just run the 15/16 for the week.

Righto trendsetters. We're down to the business end now and I'm interested in your thoughts on my champion team.  I think I'm going in with 15-16 this week due to lack of trades, including a few shitters that may or may not play like Jensen, Laybutt, Fogarty.

I'm 445th now, $70k in the bank and 3 trades left. I think I'll have to keep those 3 to cover injuries, but would be interested in what ya reckon.

Here's my final 18 I think, bar injuries. CHN and Aubbs will fight it out for 17th spot.

    McCullough, Friend
    Taupau, Brown, Jensen, I. Papalli
Burgess, Crichton, Lolo, CHN, Buhrer, Merrin
    Johnson, Reynolds, Laybutt, Fogarty
    Fuimauno, Scott, Aubbs, SMat
    Turbo, Walker, Edwards, Anderson, Python
