If he is going off mainly because of the cecchin no penalty call which was over turned by the video ref then I dont get his problem, the call was right in the end and I applaud cecchin for having the balls to let it go originally, sick of kents milking penalties in the play the ball.

Well said. If his players were more interested in playing the to whistle rather than playing for penalties - it would have been a very different result.

The amount of times the raiders players had their arms in the air pleading to the refs, you'd think that they were singing YMCA.

The difference tonight for the Warriors is the forwards are actually running hard for a change & probably because the Cowboys thought it would be an easy win so they've clocked off a bit. Also Foran is actually doing something probably because he has to but I can't believe he bombed that try.

Anyone else think the recording of the press conference was cut short?

The recording definitely looks cut short, looked like Sticky was about to launch into another tirade.

Whilst on the pressers, so frustrating that you can't hear the journos questions very well.

Just watched the press conference, the guy is obviously delusional.

The only reference he made to was the no try call which didnt even go against them in the end.

They should have been down to 12 man and spent half the night whinging at the ref.

They also said it was there best game of the year lol....if you cant beat a storm side with smith and slater going off halfway through the game then you just simply arent good enough.

Ricky has thrown his toys out of the cot because his team season is over and has under achieved more then any other team except for maybe the Warriors.

Ricky is just an excuse maker that never accepts responsibility.

When the Raiders finally lost to the Dragons in Canberra he practically broke down in the post match saying until he signed more rep stars he couldn't do anything. He didn't and Raiders made a prelim 2 years later.

Also he went on record saying the Raiders aren't doing as good this year because teams are cheating against them.

Could be handy to dpp a half or WFB in rather than just switch Smith out to Macca.

He will be in the 1/2s next week, with Jimmy out

For once the Warriors left it all out on the field so even though they lost they still had a go & didn't give up.

Other option is Bird to halves like they did when Maloney was out lat week. I guess it will depend on how many minutes they think Seggy can play. And whether Bird is back, though I think he'll be right.

But to answer the original question, I think he needs to start at hooker once more to get DPP the following week.

Depends on your other players, post your whole team if you can be fucked. It's a pretty important decision.

Wait and see who is out longer? That was my strategy for dealing with Friend and SJ with 1 trade. If one is out for 2 weeks and the other 6 that pretty much makes your decision for you.
Though both are concerning because neither play for teams who are known for their transparency around injuries.

At least Smith's next game is his 350th so it would be harder for them to keep secret when he will return.

If both are out for a similar period I'd probably hold Smith and scrap Surgess, as Surgess has been pretty rubbish lately anyway. If you can afford a decent replacement with Surgess's reduced price.

Lots of "what ifs" so not very helpful Smile
