I'm not sure of the judiciary intricacies anymore but I think there should be some in game punishment for an offense that impacts a game. Soliola will get suspended so other teams will benefit whilst the Storm lose Slater for the rest of the game and potentially next week too if his concussion is bad.

I agree Slater slipped so a send off could be perceived as harsh, but if that's not at least worth 10 in the bin then I don't know what is. Seems the bin is only used for holding down these days, with the occasional slapper thrown in for good measure.

I get what you mean but where do you draw the line? Needs to be black and white and not a result of injury.

Fox showed the press conference with Smith saying he thinks it was a precaution and then they were all saying that he could miss 4-6 weeks!?!

Mate - I've seen Smith sound more convincing arguing with a ref against a blatant penalty. I reckon it's worse than he's making out.

How many more games until Nu brown gets DPP HOK?

Could be handy to dpp a half or WFB in rather than just switch Smith out to Macca.

In 2015 I finished 398 in overall without Smith. Got him next year but didn't captain him every week because bit was boring and unoriginal.

This year I thought I had learnt my lesson. Captained him all but one week he was able to play and never traded him out. This is what I get.

Aye aye aye it's just not meant to be for me in f

Sticky Ruit is not a happy coach. He's about to lose another few bucks I think.

Anyone else think the recording of the press conference was cut short?

Probably some of that - but they also seem to actually be running set plays rather than just throwing the ball around and hoping something happens.

Hes a fuckwit, what has he got to complain about, they got the rub of the green for the majority of the night.

If he is going off mainly because of the cecchin no penalty call which was over turned by the video ref then I dont get his problem, the call was right in the end and I applaud cecchin for having the balls to let it go originally, sick of kents milking penalties in the play the ball.
