This year the run home is shaping up to be similar to the few years before that.  Opportunity to gain ground.

Or in your case continue the slide.

Towards the Top 100?  Yep.  Not sure I'd describe it as a slide though, a little to up and down.  A roller coaster maybe.

Elliot & Lane will probably play 60 mins but should be good for 30 to 40 points. Don't really think Lamb will score over 40 points. With Manly conceding a lot of points in their last 2 games Mitchell could do well but he's either boom or bust. Cheers.

Gordon shouldn't be back before finals hey?

A friend has Smith and Macca and she really doesn't like any other options for Macca.  I said McInnes is the safe bet, but she just doesn't really like him, and doesn't want to risk putting 'the glass man' in her team.

Watson I said could be a risky yet interseting second hooker option allowing a massive Teddy/Rapa like upgrade with the funds.  4 trades before the Macca trade.

Anyone have thoughts on this for a friend?

Cheers, I guess it is safer to swap to McInnes. Watson looks good and frees up cash but I guess then that extra 2nd gun hooker isn't locked in and who know what happens. Gordon might come back a week or so early.

If only a couple of trades left then I would agree wholeheartedly with this.  But with 4 left, I reckon it could be wort the punt.  Watson looks capable of busting out a 60 plus.  If it means 2 trades left after also bringing in Ted, then I reckon it could be worth the risk.

How about Wallace for a risky Hooker option. Panthers have a cruisy schedule. Before his injury he went 52,52,25,49,56,42,39. Lots cheaper then McI.

I'd go McInnes, boring as hell but a reliable 50+ reserve almost every week.
I like Watson but his job security is a concern.

My thinking exactly SI. I'm sure Gordon won't be back before round 26 and Watson's 48 last week was made pretty easily without a lot of involvement. I'll put both options to her and let her choose.

They are pretty great scores for his price.  Definitely another left field option.  Cheers.

Yeah, I know mate. Everyone in our league would have McInnes so it's either go for a POD or cancel that player out, but with the scores that McInnes can get, it's hard to find someone that would outscore him for the last five weeks.

I know i shouldnt, but LOL
Fwiw, the bulldogs are atrocious. Every week abysmal.
And the Eels only impressed last week, all their previous wins were not that impressive either. But cant see why dogs would shorten.

Hopefully. 22 teams in the top 100 had McCullogh. I wonder how many will have trades left after they trade him out?

Yeah, fair call. I like the idea of a POD. I suppose it depends what the rest of her team looks like. My opinion is obviously based on my own circumstances (3 trades left and injury clouds hovering around Smith, Crichton, Surgess and Munster).

She has an extra trade and hopefully not as many injury concerns in which case go for the POD.

Fyi bellamy said in the same press conference that they put players in moon boots for broken toenails and the scooter was a joke.

I brought in CS9 this week, but as punishment for his season high score he can sit in my reserves

Need to pick one of leilua or walker. Currently leaning towards walker but I know the week I leave out BJ is the week he goes boom.
