Dunno if I can not Captain Smith. I was really thinking bout Angus though.

I am usually a paragon for picking one captain and sticking with them resolutely. The universe will always conspire against you to pick the lower scoring player anyway, that's fantasy law. If you just brought Smith into your team, you likely paid all that money because you weren't confident enough in your current captain- otherwise there are better value guns to pick up instead. But you wanted the best, so you went out and got it. Doesn't make any sense to start playing captain Roulette now IMO.

Go on, put the big C on Smith, I will wait right here...

Made my last two trades, Hayne + Merrin to nuffie wfb/ctr + Lolo (always wanted him in the team and storm despite being a crazy good defensive team give away a ton of missed tackles).

Free from worry now aside from captaining each week. Going with Angus this week because i might as well. Final team is

Smith, McInnes
Vaughan, Kapow, Wallace
Crichtonne, JDB, Brown, Surgess, Lolo
DCE, Norman, Frown
Croker, Cotric, Scott
Rapa, RTS, Edwards, Munster

Ideally Maloney back next week would mean Frown disappears quietly into the sunset, though i know that's unlikely. It would mean I'd have a fairly strong 19 and could open up trying for some risky loopholes with somewhat ok AE's. Just inside the top 3k at this stage in a bit of a disaster season, might as well throw caution to the wind. Worst case scenario i end up looking like my ultimate team... a disaster

The Tigers are in that nothing to lose so they're suddenly going to play with complete freedom mode and Lolohea's scores are reflecting that. The only tough team they really have in the run home is the Roosters who always massacre them.
Cowboys as well but hey last time they faced them, they beat them in Townsville with Thurston so that's subjective.

i have no more trades and thus I have players from only 1 team scheduled to play in any of the remaing thursday night games.....Rabbits next week being the only match with players.

Agree with Deuces, hold the trade for one more week at least.  You will get an AE for Munster.

Again I'm going for a different captain choice, and again I'm more than likely to immediately regret the decision
