They have used some deceptive wording. It must be finalised, so a decision must be reached in 6 weeks. As all the accountants will tell us, you can accrue costs at month end till the invoice lands so the ledger shows the correct month when the costs were incurred, so it wont come off the cap.
How much do you think Pay is worth.
i'd say pay will be lucky to get a 1/3 of what dessie was on based on what des had achieved when he last signed. but i also think pay is likely to spend much less on the football side of things then dessie, Dessie did like the open cheque book for that type of stuff!
