so as i suspected when the change was first brought up, i don't mind that actually, really opens up the strategy side of things, conventional fantasy wisdom says to load up on 2rfs and hoks, but if you leave yourself short in the wrong position, you could find yourself in a position where you have to ignore a shiny new cash cow because you have to trade to replace an injured ctr, the value of DPPs will definately be higher than they already were

Looking at the released prices so far Nathan Brown will be my first picked. When starting(and not injured) he rivaled the top guns for scores and is 100k cheaper

An open bench would be a welcome change to the format, it brings a lot more diversity in the make up of the fantasy teams with DPP becoming highly valuable.
Even so, I don't think they would have a complete open bench of 8 players, maybe there's a limit on how many players you're allowed per position so you wouldn't be able to stack your bench with only 2RFs...

Why do cow-milking stools only have 3 legs?

'Cause the cow's got the udder!

Although noone in my family has played NRL, an only sloughtly distant relation (through marriage not blood) has captained the England U17 football team.

Also, although I appreciate the cow jokes, Fanhub have used the same pricing formula for a few years now, and accuracy in applying is not that noteworthy.

Based on Milchy's prices put together team 1/362 of the year thinking it would be over cap but, unless I've added up wrong it's 250k under (which could be taken up with GI price rise, but anyway.)

    CS9, 228k (Raiders hooker)
    MScott, RCG, Evans
    NBrown, Tohu, Arrow, Cartwright, 212k
    Munster, Thurston, 212k (Manly 5/8th)
    Croker, Hiku, 212k
    Tedesco, Moylan, Inglis, 212k, 212k

Incidentally, I did it the old-fashioned way. On a flyer from a Christmas card from an Indian takeaway. None of your Excel nonsense.
