Yeah me too, i have all those four and don't wan't to trade them out.  Two keepers and two guys who could make the jump to keeper status this year.  I think it means a stay of execution for JT and Griffin.  No point in trading out players who i need this week to make up a decent 17.  It does mean I have to play Croker or Cartwright at half to replace SJ.

This post makes me feel a little better, as sad as that is... I think this will just be one of those weeks where a lot of teams have to take a hit in points. Looks as though any serious players on this forum (all 5 of us) have at least a couple of outs...

I am sticking to my original plans though, as they were always the longer term payoff plans. Fingers crossed everyone is fit and firing again next week

Yeah the only positive of these guys being out is that teams won't have made it to the top of the ladder with out them. Top 100 will have several of these fullahs I'd imagine.

    Just out of interest Im seeing we have forum members in 5th, 6th. 22nd, 23rd=, 23rd=, 53, 56, 70, 79, 82, 88, and 98 (so 12 in top 100, pretty good effort).

Im a bit stumped as to what I'll do. This week is not a massive issue but my major concern is SJ playing only 5 of 7 games this season and then two young kids (one I don't own) both with injuries which could also plague their season - Arrow and Murray. SJ is not very highly owned in the top 10 either.

Says to me I need to get an 18th man as a backup halve pretty quick. Maloney should be fine this week, I think he'll go ok v his old (depleted) club. But I think I want to get Mbye or Munster in there as back up for when SJ is inevitably rested again!!

By the way, which stats are correct? Sports decks or NRLF? Bit different from what I can see. Eg 3 errors vs 2 for Teddy

Haven't given up on trading yet!  Part of the problem is that I can't see anyone else at half I want other than DCE (and SJ).  If I trade Lodge/Griffin/Rochow out for Su'a/Gosi, I could probably afford any half other than DCE as an upgrade on Cartwright (possibly Croker if the cash stretches).  But who?  Am considering Cody Walker to give me a HLF/WFB option...  less keen on Munster and Mbye is locked out already.

Interesting. I understood (from Milch I think) that it was the same stats provider. No idea which is right...

Yeah, I think they've just gotten out of synch and if history is anything to go by, Sportsdeck will be up to date and NRLF will need updating. But just thought I'd ask.

Ive had a look at my team and heres what I have worst case:
    Maloney for SJ
    Rochow for Fifita
    and likely Gos for Arrow.

Not a disaster but I'd rather Arrow play.

Better position than me by far mate, I will have:

    Maloney for Brown
    Leota for Fifita
    Isaako for Murray
    C Crichton for Arrow

The order that teams play in make things even more challenging this week as well! But I think with so much uncertainty around the injured players, I am better off taking the hit and playing the 80min wingers and praying they jag tries, then forget this week ever happened

Yeah I agree. The challenging part for me is not knowing the injury status of these guys login forward. If for example you knew Fifita was out for 4 weeks I'd trade him today, same goes for any gunIMO thats out for 2 weeks + at this point of the season. Others won't agree with that strategy, but that's how I play it. But this week there's just a number of guys who are big ?. They may play this week for all we know, or they could be out for multiple games. So with that in mind the best play seems to be to use your depth, hope for the best, and re-evaluate with more news next week.

On the plus side, so far so good in terms of scoring this week with RFM, Matterson, and Teddy combining well.

Other well-owned players in the top ranked teams (that I don't own) didn't go great, particularly thinking Mitchell and Mbye and to some extent Fergusson, so thats a plus.

They are the same stats, but Fantasy is always really slow to update the live stats. As in, it can take days.

Just a change of tact, but who is everyone’s player crushes?? Those guys you look forward to watching play every weekend because of how they play, and who your poor wife/gf/mother have to put up with hearing about every weekend haha??

I’m sure I could make whole team of mine, so no wonder the wife is concerned about me haha!

Angus and Taumalolo lead the way for me though, love watching them both play!

Really dont think Murray is a starter and if Arrow is a non starter I have to choose one of Carty,L Croker or Isaako as my 4th reserve and I dont like any of those choices.

Thank god i Have some depth then. I have Fifita, Murray, Arrow and been carrying Surgess last 2 weeks.

Looks like ill take JMK score, isaako and Gosi, could be worse.

I must say i really like the new emergency system, great for situations like this, very forgiving and reasonable.

Hopefully you've posted in the wrong thread, but there's no new emergency system in this comp....

So if you don't have the R on JMK you almost certainly won't get him.

Think Doueihi to Capewell might be on this week.

Don't trust Bird long term. Capewell should give a good score this week, maybe a couple more, and is only an injury away from being a startable centre

Carnage last night ,sifting through the rubble you have McCullough,J Bromwich,T Harris also Lodge with further rib trouble - add to that Duffy and Bird stinking it up, not sure yet as to the extent of each injury of course but Macca looked in a lot of pain.

    12 + (c) for 579.
Escaped the injuries but have 5 spuds scoring under 40.
Fifi, Tolo, JFH, Kikau and Arrow to come so that's something to look forward to. (barring injuries Smile )

10 including C = 628 for me. Murray and Brown on the pine, so not hoping for too much from their replacements. Is Fifita confirmed playing?
