Team going into RD1. Pretty set on it

    CS9
    SST Lodge
    RFM Whitehead Merrin
    Croft Carty
    Leilua Mitchell
    Ponga Turbo Katoa

    Cook Griffin Arrow Rochow

    Kikau Croker Havili Kennar

Let’s say Murray is starting in round two and his price is still around the same. Who do ya drop to bring him in??

Is it crazy to go without a ctr/wing cover? Feeling a cheaper forward will make faster money to upgrade my second centre

I think Turbo RFM and Mitchell are excellent picks. Really, really good, but I'm going to almost certainly have one to cover those positions myself. With a bit of luck though, could be a master-stroke.

Sticking with those 3 picks for now. Have left Hiku in for Mckendry for wfb and ctr cover.

Not crazy, could pay off big time. But week one there is always carnage: Python, Benry, Feeney (yeah I know he wasn't injured but it was just as painful to watch) probably heaps more I've forgotten.

Noone is really talking about Guerra. He averages over 50 when starting in the 2nd row.

Will he get enough game time?

Surely Guerra plays decent minutes in that pack. l can see him averaging around 50.

I've always hated the centre position so any reason not to add people to it I feel I should take

I have Faulua, McKendry, Nicholls and Isako at the moment. I'm not sure what basement price forward I would bring in.

Then again those were season enders you can't predict and you would use a trade like everyone else. You could run the risk of no short term injuries/suspensions for a few weeks maybe?

If one of your CTR/WFB gets a 1 week injury or suspension (or is a late withdrawal), you'll need to either make a trade or cop a 0 in that position for the week.

if you want Murray easiest would be to punt the worst of Merrin/Whitehead/SST

Arrow -> Murray would be good if you could get the cash.

At this stage I am running with Mitchell,Leilua and a punt on Manu in my 17. Chooks and Raiders fixtures are prime
the opening 5 or 6 rounds so if they are going to make coin you would think it will be early on. I may fall flat on my face
but there it is Welshy you have to take chances somewhere. I cannot bring myself to start Hiku.

I knew what you were doing Cool . But again if anyone has thoughts on my question:

Stuck on my last emergency. I have enough cover so who makes more cash faster?

Isaako, Kikau, McKendry, Leilua, Havili, Thompson? Thanks

I like the Manu pick and keep flipflopping him in and out!
punt with him is a quickfire cash make with a few early tries and hopefully big scores then turning him into something more substantial after 4/5 rounds

I'm reckoning so. He has that metal plate in his forearm and has broken it a couple of times. Pretty sure he's had a myriad of injuries over the years and the Tigers aren't known for making okay players good.
