It hurts to have taken Alvaro out for SST in the very final cut after he survived every draft. But it would mean selecting a 212k player as AE rather than a 228k, and that difference is huge.

Aforementioned 228k candidates for final AE: Havili, Godinet, Sao, Isaako
-it has to be Havili, right? None are without massive risk.

***BONUS ROUND QUESTION!!*** Who makes my 17th scoring player and who sits on the pine between Kikau and Nichols this week?

    Thanks for playing gang!

Can I get some feedback on why SST has boomed in popularity over the last week? Is it because the Prop rumour has been banished, the goal kicking? I will probably drop Alvaro for him as well is why I am asking.

I don't think you will regret taking Alvaro out mate, SSt has more upside and limited downside

    Havilii out of that bunch

I'd go Nicholls, unless kikau scoes he will get replaced by CHN and will struggle to go above 30

Can't even remember the hookers for the Tigers in 2017. Where have they gone and who is Godinet. I do like him for rnd 1 with that bench.

I always liked Godinet as a player, he just happened to hit the brick walls of SJ in the halves and Friend/Luke at hooker at the Warriors. Was on the small-ish side IIRC so I wonder if he's bulked up

Kikau > Nichols this week for me. Don't know if you saw him at the World Cup but he is a fucking PLAYER and should score well if he gets 55-60 minutes.

Goal kicking, plus starting, plus DPP, plus Murray on the bench.

Liddle/Mcillwrick/ET for a couple of games I think. McIllwrick's trials were average, Liddle injured for a bit longer, JReyn spent a few sets there through the trials, Godinet was the second coming when he started at the Warriors wasn't he? He was pretty sharp out of dummy half in the trials but can't say I remember what his actual service was like.

I've jumped on SST for the time being too, but do I remember rightly that when he played a few games at prop maybe last year there were times where he was struggling to hit 40+. I'm not 100% sold and may even downgrade to AFB for the extra coin. But saying that, the guy is a beast and obviously is becoming the most prominent figure in the Roosters pack.

Has everyone completely lost faith with rolling the dice and starting with Murray. Every chance he comes on at 20 and plays the game out.

I dropped AFB for him with the DPP update. I think it is mostly the goal kicking to be honest (well, that's what tipped the scales for me). The Roosters should score a lot of tries which means more conversions for SST. I think that reading between the lines a little (maybe) we expect him to be on the field more as a result. More minutes = more points?

Same problem I'm having Pookus, who is my final scoring player (17th) i've had Nicholls for the last couple of days. Good PPM and starting position, but have just recently moved Godinet into my team solely to make some coin, however now considering him as my 17th player. Just read that Marshall will come into halves and move Grub into hooker to relieve Godinet. So its a punt that Godinet may play 40-50min, with Nicholls likely to play the same minutes. I'm taking Godinet at the moment as I hear Benji is not 100 percent fit and thus may not last excessive minutes in rnd 1.

    Easy downgrade of

    Lichaa/Whitehead/Tauk

if needed so will start without him and monitor

Radley on the bench to spell friend and Matterson more of a lightweight, leaves only two real big bruisers on the bench so I would expect better minutes that Alvaro, who has 3 big men + Taka to contend with. Plus the kicking, I fancy the Roosters to find a few points early so he could be +4-10 points every week.

Yeah I have gone Havili, probably the best job security of the bunch.
How many minutes do you see Kikau and CHN playing this week? Surely Kikau finds at least 60+ on the edge?
