Right. Decisions made, no more tinkering. Running all five of the 360-410k cash generators (Lodge, Arrow, RFM, TPJ, Griffin) with a shedload in the bank to upgrade one who doesn't fire or gets benched to a rising potential keeper after a couple of weeks, giving a chance to look at Croft, Whitehead, Murray, Mbye etc. Makes the forwards ugly for the first few weeks but hopefully pays in the long run.

    Cook
    SST, Lodge
    Arrow, Harris, RFM
    Cronk, Cartwright
    Aubusson, Mitchell
    Tedesco, Inglis, Walker

Lichaa, TPJ, Griffin, Kikau, Nichols, Croker, Havili, Katoa

Honestly baffles me how 20% have selected Latrell

He is so inconsistent and might be goalkicking in spells, but will he go much over 40 and sustain it?

Not so much the actual selection, the %

I mean he is almost double

    Inglis 11%
    JCroker 11%

    quadruple
    BJ 5%
    Cotric 5%

    Aitken
2% with a far better pedigree

I am strongly considering Aitken over Aubusson. In 2016 he was brilliant.

Mitchell was inconsistent last season and that's mainly why I haven't picked him this year.

Juicy opening fixtures (not that that matters so much if you're picking him as a keeper), DPP bonus, not coming back off 12- month injury (Inglis), secure spot in team (Aitken), and mainly - other than a couple of members of this forum - nobody trusts the Raiders to fire this year.

Fair enough and all valid, still a HUGE % mind

Just don't think I trust his average without tries (26)

scored 13 times last year, will he get much more or sustain it?

"Will he go much over 40 and sustain it"? If he goes exactly 40 in whatever combinations of 20s and 60s, then he's a good pick in the centres this year.

If you look at it like that then yes, just thought I was missing something major and his selection % surprised me

I'm right there with you Welshy, would much rather have any of the options you mentioned (and do). Its a bit like Teddy though, i call it the nein factor.

Not trying to deny the reason why anyone may choose them (there is plenty of reasons why you might do so and i don't discredit anyone for doing it), just the massive discrepancy. Makes me think a whole heap of people who might not frequent these kind of forums or spend the amount of time we do (The "Casuals" if you will), would still wind up picking those players over other options due to the media coverage.

How do you UK lads watch the games? Won’t be able to illegal stream while at work for the week day games. Someone mentioned Coral betting app... What are the options? Would even be up for an app with old school radio coverage if possible.

A Kiwi app called Tribe Sports App is pretty good for cricinfo-esk commentary for every game.

Used to pay for premier sports £10 a month and it was fantastic, every game from every round with a premier tv player available online which I used to watch in work every Thursday and Friday!

Now sky tv have fucked it and bought the rights so only 3 live games a round which is a joke!

Think rhinoceroo mentioned bet365 which I will give a bash to tooorrow if the donkeys game isn’t live

Bet365 site has carried coverage in the past, though will wait and see if it does this year now NRL are selling Live Pass to the UK at ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY TWO POUNDS (that's about 220 AUS$) a pop.

But, yeah, streams are free so good luck with that, NRL.
