Wondering if anyone could help me out with what you believe to be the best betting agencies and what incentives eg free bets for joining certain sites are being offered at the moment.

Free bets for joining are illegal, but the fines were that small ($5.5k) they use to build it into their business model. Fines either they are or have gone up to $550K. So don't expect free bets, the focus is now on bonus multipliers, money back, early cash out that sort of thing.

I use Crown, they don't tend to have as many exotics as other providers, rates are compatible. I'm not a big better so a cent or 2 in odds doesn't make a difference to me.

You can still get the joining bonus, the trick is to ring them before creating the account and ask them what they're willing to offer after you've joined. The best ones to use depend on what you generally bet on but Sportsbet have the pick of the promos I reckon.

Sorry I should have been more clear I met the offers on deposit 50 dollars and get 500 in bonus bets etc and I am with sportsbet at the moment Krumpy just wondering if there is better out there.
